  1. Also of note. Hardly surprising given back to back Cup Wins, but Florida has also dramatically shot up the ranks and I think it was literally last at some point in the not too distant past.

  2. Dundon has his quirks, but he’s saved the team. I remember the decade of losing, the demoralized fanbase, Karmanos family drama, and the feeling that relocation to Houston or somewhere else was inevitable. We’ve come a long way and it’s not all him either. I’m grateful.

  3. This is great news, the Hurricanes are the only pro team that give a damn in NC and that’s what grows the fan base.

  4. Beyond the Canes news, seeing all but three teams grow double digits in value is great for the future of the league.

  5. look we haven’t won a cup since ’06 but the comeback this organization has had is indescribable

from damn near getting relocated to not missing the playoffs nor losing the first round 7 times in a row is no small feat

also gotta give props to us, the fans for being a very devoted fanbase

we are small but we are mighty

  6. The arena updates will only help this too. Unfortunately I’m worried it’ll sterilize our “loudest house” environment a little, but it will certainly help boost the value of the team to have an arena that’s up to today’s standards.
