I have said a couple of times in the last few weeks that I think they’ve reached an existential crisis with their offense, and they need to do something dramatic to overhaul it. I’ve heard little birdies since then, whispering to me that is indeed occurring. This team will look very different stylistically on offense than it has in the past 3 or 4 years, where they hit this sort of wall.

Im horny
Honestly this is the best news of the whole offseason
Spo was trying last training camp to revamp the offense but Butler and Rozier ruined it
This sounds dumb but what the team needs is an offensive engine that’ll find guys in their spots. Someone like that one Halliburton guy. (Yeah no shit) but I think we actually have some really good spot up shooters, and rollers. Just need someone who can drive the ship. A lot easier than it sounds.
Best guess is that this means that we’ll be pushing the ball and running a lot more?
I mean, this sounds more dramatic than that, and I trust Lowe to not just throw this out there based on little to nothing. But I don’t know what else it could be.
It’s about time, we haven’t really looked efficient on offense since ‘22.
Just want us to go faster honestly. We’re always so slow. In the big 3 days we were the top of the league in fast breaks and after that we’ve been one of the slowest teams in the league ever since those days
I’m sure spo will make some tweaks but it’s hard to totally reconstruct our offensive potential without elite talent. Spo is an amazing coach but he can only do so much when he’s hampered by an obvious lack of a true lead option.
Hoping Spo has been cooking something up with Davion. Seems to be a lot left to unlock in his game.
I’ll believe it when I see it
I’m not sure if this guy is legit. I’ve never heard of him before. Evan Cohen (espn radio?) said based on things he’s been told. He believes they are making changes to the offense for Bam. But then he followed up with not knowing what those changes are, and then he said, “At least not all of them”. He He also seemed high on Jovic. I’m sorry, this is the NBA. There is no elite offensive system without elite offensive players.
We still don’t have a true PG that’s going to play. Until that happens, I don’t see this actually happening unfortunately. We’ve heard many times that spo would impotent new schemes and it always ends up being the same offense that doesn’t come easy
Another season, a new comment on how we’ll be playing different offensively. Over under 17th in the league. We just don’t have the personnel.
the only way the offense will look different if spo starts Bam, Jovic and Ware!!
