At least we adjusted to having a top 3 who couldn’t hit and moved our ‘hot’ hitters into a position to see more at bats guys right? Right?

This offense dies in October
Very frustrating to see our pitchers show up but not our bats, especially from our supposed top guys.
This is the story of the regular season as well. We fooled ourselves 🫠
Schildt thought, hey we are one of the worst offenses in baseball, let’s change nothing.

Pitchers did their part. Offense was a no show. Manny 2 run HR and that’s it
I’m so tired of spending so much energy and money supporting this team. Merrill and Fermin are the only ones that actually want to win and not just collect a check
I’ll be looking forward to the robot umpire challenge next year.
A bummer, but not an all too surprising outcome.
All season the offense has been streaky and anemic.
FO has to find a way to make these guys more consistent hitters and find some power somewhere in the off-season.

so glad this season is over. we just didn’t have the depth of starters to make it through the playoffs. next year
It’s always the offense never showing up, paying guys superstar money and they never show up or never play due to injury. A recipe for CONSTANT failure in the postseason. The offense needs a complete makeover in the offseason. The personnel needs a complete makeover because the leaders on this team DO NOT have what it takes to perform and inspire others around them to win at the highest level. I admire Manny and Fernando for their talent and toughness, but they have unbelievably bad body language in the biggest moments. Need position players that have dominant, winning personalities.
Shout outs Freddy, Jackson, and Xander on this last one….til next spring… 🫡🫡🫡

Machado and Tatis can’t be the 2 best players on a World Series winning team. They’re good, just not great. Sort of like Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Darvish in an elimination game is no great shakes either. That’s my take until proven otherwise.
So since today was my last day and now I’m banned and considered a disgruntled employee. I got lots of dirt to spew. Padres weren’t going to win. They were meant to lose. And one thing a coworker told us before we left Petco. As late ng as sheil owns the team. The Padres will not win a world series. Manfred wants the brothers to own the team and relocate the team. That’s why MLB is holding off on announcing new teams.
Also. Tatis went cold because he has a Manfred memo against him. Since his doping incident. He’s owned by Manfred. So he’s not supposed to play with effort. And that also shown. I don’t want to believe things. But I have more. Fuck mlb fuck Manfred.
Suarez is leaving. Darvish is retiring to focus on his son here in sd. Morgan will be the new closer.
Machado is looking to bid on being a part owner of the team.
Merrill will opt out.
Iglesias laureano will be gone.

The bullpen will be breaking up. I have a jacket for sale from one of the pitchers, a city connect bullpen jacket.
Just left and said good bye to some of the “friends” I had here. Waiting for the busses and players.
Imagine selling out so many games and are told they meant nothing. F you. This is a slap to San Diego. Dodgers don’t deserve it. I hope the Brewers win it all.
I hope the team is sold. And broken apart. Another fire sale. Seidler Gwynn rolling in their graves knowing Manfred sent a memo to play down. Same thing he did to Machado after Dave Roberts cried to Manfred. Dave Roberts cheats. He use beach balls to slow games down and he has people in the crowd whistling pitches. He gets ahead. And if the opposing team catches up. He does it again to get ahead again.

Our offense is so undisciplined this was an embarrassment series. I’m not renewing my MLB watch subscription next year and won’t even tune in unless they’re in a potential WS clinching game 😠 I’m so fucking sick of them not performing when it matters. Bring on the criticism Dodger nation because I don’t give 10,000 fucks.

Tatis, Arraez and Machado (1-2-3) were too busy thinking about their respective Cancún fishing trips, they couldn’t be bothered to show up, like at all offensively. Pitching staff shoved, the whole series. Too be fair, the Cubs defense was elite. 🤦
