Cubs have a winning record this season against all the remaining teams besides the phillies and tigers. Are yanks the first team to lose game 1 of the WC round and go on to win it? Since this format launched? The Yankees are the first team since the WC expanded to three teams, to lose the first game of their series but move on to the next round. I’m not a fan of the 3 game series So far so good (though I was 50/50 on the DET-CLE matchup) Yankees are wining for real and Tigers I like that and what about Cubs I’ll go for that Can’t say my preferences won but congratulations to all the teams that advanced. It has been a good playoff so far. I’m really happy for the Cubs but a bit disappointed for the Padres. Good luck to all the teams. Great jobs! Good luck, Tigers.
