Sam Rinzel on Being Aggressive | Chicago Blackhawks
[Music] How did you feel tonight? Um felt good. Um obviously you know a couple that I’d want back for sure and um you know stuff that I got to clean up but um yeah I thought our first and second weren’t great. Um you know I got to be more aggressive firstly myself kind of holding the line but um you know I think we just turned it on too late kind of in third and um we just got to have better starts. So on that third goal did he surprise you coming out of the box? Maybe you thought you had more time to go back and kind of get that loose puck. Um uh no, I just I just think I got to be better kind of in that situation just getting back to it and um I think knowing my outs um knowing what I got to do. Um yeah, that’s about it. How do you rate the power play? Six chances, didn’t score, but generated a ton of shots. Um yeah, um it’s always good to have chances. You know, it can get frustrating uh kind of not be able to put it in the back of the net. Um you obviously that’s what you want to do when you’re on the power play is kind of your job is to score. So um it’s tough not seeing it going back in net but um you know chances are pos positive obviously but um you just kind of got to stick with it. So how do you keep playing your game when you’ve got three different defensive partners already in the preseason? Um it doesn’t matter who’s your partner. Um our whole decor is tightknit so um I don’t think it matters who you’re playing with. I just think, you know, everyone’s game kind of has their own little niche. So, um, I just think it’s playing to your strengths and, um, it always complements each other well. So, thanks. Samus.

So much talent. Don't be afraid to pick a corner lad. Hitting the goalie in the crest ain't gonna feed the bulldog.
Umm
Just imagine him in a couple of years…he's gonna be a top D man in the league.
