Are C.J. Stroud & Nick Caley Already Clashing in Houston?
When things don’t go well, I think CJ is aware of himself, but he wants to hold others accountable, too. And that’s fine, but just don’t be hard to coach. You know what I mean? Like, I do know that he didn’t always love some of the coaches at Ohio State. He loved Ryan Day. I’m not talking about that. Um, I don’t think Slo was his favorite guy by the end of that. And I’ve heard that maybe Kaylee is not his that things aren’t really clicking between them. But but I think when things are going good, CJ’s fine. And a successful organization is going to be where people can stay on board when it’s tough. And that’s not easy. It’s not like CJ’s abandoned ship or point finger. He’s been good. He’s been fine. What I’m saying is if he was done with Bobby Slook after two years, and that’s fine. And if he’s there’s a situation where it doesn’t go well and he’s done with Nick Nick Haley after a year, you know, some of that’s on De Mo, I guess, for who he’s hiring. But the other one is, you know, he’s going to have to give these guys chances.
C.J. Stroud has quickly become the face of the Houston Texans, but is everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Reports suggest Stroud hasn’t always clicked with every coach — from his Ohio State days to Bobby Slowik in Houston — and now there are questions about his chemistry with new offensive coordinator Nick Caley.
In this video, we break down whether Stroud and Caley are truly on the same page, how D’Amico Ryans factors into the coaching dynamic, and why accountability and leadership will be the biggest tests for Stroud moving forward. Can the Texans build a stable foundation around their franchise quarterback, or are we already seeing early warning signs?

So this dude does not like the Texans or its players
You guys are local to Houston and you can't spell the Texans' head coach's first name??!? Who is D'Amico Ryans?!?!?!!
You nailed it
Did he want Jerrod Johnson as his OC?
CJ has missed some wide open scores. It was good to see progress though last week.
CJ has simply regressed and rightly so. No protection, no run game (until Woods was given a solid chance). CJ is a blink away from Carr syndrome. But he'll prevail. Too talented and hard headed to be defeated. This franchise better invest in oline if they want a championship. Great defense. Great receivers. Good solid rookie running back. No oline. As a Ravens fan I'm just saying this team is 2 olineman away from a superbowl. And get CJ to relax. See you Sunday!!
HOW THE ABSOLUTE FUCK DOES THE GUARD GET THE BLOCKING ASSIGNMENT WRONG!!!?!!! Didn't they practice this play, and in real-time he wants to fuck this up!!!?!!! Make this shit make sense!!!?!!!
