The biggest questions surrounding the Charlotte Horns this year is whether individually LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller can both make a leap or can they make one as a duo together. Problem is we haven’t seen them play a whole lot. Brandon Miller played 27 games last year and then suffered a wrist injury. LaMelo Ball as we know has not played over 50 games in each of the past three seasons. So short of just being healthy for health’s sake, you need to see these guys on the court to truly evaluate if that duo can lead your team to the playoffs and beyond. What’s good for both of these guys, especially LaMelo, is it’s the first time the front office has supplemented them with enough talent to truly evaluate them in that regard. No more G-Leaguers being called up because of injury.
