When I got home, she was crying. She said, “What happened?” I says, “I don’t know if I’m better than this guy.” And I had never said that before about another basketball player. I mean, I don’t care who it was. I said, “Cuz Maddie Johnson, he’s better with me cuz he got Kareem and James Word and those guys and Bird’s great, but he’s got Kevin McKill and Robert Parish. I never played against a player I thought was as good as me until that night I had 40 and Michael had 50. And that was the toughest part for me that series.

  6. My dad was a Bulls fan I became a Rockets fan because that's the only thing my dad complained about. Barkley ended up on the Rockets. I was young but enjoyed watching them games with my dad😢
