Blues prank media with funny phrases during interviews
[Music] giving our players random phrases to sneak into their media availabilities. The phrase is kurfuffle. Just I know last year when it took off it was the balance unit. Why do you think that kind of worked for you guys last year? Yeah, I mean we’re in a bit of a kurfuffle to start, but uh once we got going I think we were kind of reading off each other pretty well. And the phrase is 67. um you know went on the ice you know six seventh time maybe and um it’s been pretty good you know I feel like there’s been you know couple shots you know six seven shots maybe block over the over the scrimmage so uh when I use my speed I feel like I can be dangerous and um getting hard time for the other two the 670 on the other side to um you know every night and it’s hard to play against a guy who’s always in your face so the phrase is taco Tuesday. Always face the puck. If I wasn’t, I would have got it right in the shins. Would have ruined my taco Tuesday for tonight, right? The phrase is big mama. You know, everybody came working. Um, yeah, it was tough. It was fatiguing. Um, going to need big mama to come bring me a protein shake. So, um, yeah, I’m definitely looking forward to that. The phrase is hot pocket. You know, those are two very skilled players. Got a lot of speed, make things happen, and just try to open uh you know, open ways and uh find that hot pocket to just kind of score those goals. And um the phrase is Shrek. I was trying to do my best to like put the puck in the net, but like just it’s like on the net was Shrek, you know, like big guy to just stop the puck and just Yeah.
