  1. I’ve been thinking that all along. I feel like if he wanted the job it’d be his.

  2. I mean it is fashionable to have monopolies and dictatorships nowadays so why not

  3. Isn’t it against the rules for Posey to have ownership interest in the team AND be a manager?

  4. Giants talk interview:

Most frustration: I think looking sometimes when we were going through a tough stretch and knowing there was more there than what was being shown on the field. Coupled with the fact that it was a different experience for me watching and not participating and being just as invested as a player and knowing you get to a certain point where the moves are kind of what they are . You get past the trade deadline and there not unless if you are going to go up and down with your minor league roster. So maybe some of that lack of the ability you can feel you can impact the same way you did as a player. What I enjoyed the most was seeing our players have success. All of them. It is understanding how incredibly difficult it is to play major league baseball. It’s pretty gratifying to see your guys out there contributing to winning baseball games- Buster Posey

We all know he’d like to be on the field with the players but it’s not his job anymore.
