I think yall are likely to hire Brian Flores.
It’s clear your offense needs no help at the qb and skill positions, somewhere Flores struggled as a HC. Flores needs to be able to trust his offense to run itself, he’s a defensive genius and had a hard time coaching the offense in Miami.
Flores also isn’t gonna take a HC job somewhere where success isn’t guaranteed. Your offense guarantees success when healthy.
Flores can absolutely transform a defensive front. From 2022 to 2024 our defense was night and day, while 2023 our defense wasn’t perfect with the aging contracts he did damn good work with what he was left.
If yall end up hiring Flores I truly hope yall enjoy him, I enjoy watching healthy bengals football when my Vikings aren’t playing.
