Listen folks, it is time for change. The Titans are 0 and4. Things are as bad as they could possibly be. There is nothing to lose. Changes need to be made. And I want to start with helping Cam Ward schematically on offense. The Titans need to move the pocket more. They need to use more play action. Only 19% play action last week against the Texans. That is not good enough. They need to hit quicker screens. stop with these slow developing run plays and these screens and these throwbacks that take so long. They are not working. This offense has to hit quicker. Also, where’s the RPO action? I thought that that’s something that the Titans hid in the preseason and would pop up in the regular season, but we haven’t seen any true RPO game to help Cam Ward feel comfortable whatsoever. Not only that, moving away from the stuff on offense that we talk about like play action and pocket movement and quicker screens and all that. What about getting Gunner Helm more into the game? Chika Conquo cannot block. The Titans are using 86% 11 personnel with one tight end on the field. That one tight end needs to be Gunner Helm. He’s bigger, has a bigger catch radius to help Cam Ward and he can be a better blocker. Where is Xavier Restrepo? Tyler Lockett got the most routes run of any Titans wide receiver in week four. He’s 34 years old. What are we doing? get Xavier Restrepo out there and see if that chemistry that he has with Cam Ward can actually help this offense that is doing absolutely nothing whatsoever. So, I need to see some changes from the Titans and that might include changing the coach as well. But at 0 and4, there is nothing left to lose. Let’s change

Don't understand saying want more Play-Action plays, yet preaching we don't want long developing plays.
Tbh, i think we need more spread, 4 wr sets. Ridley and van Jefferson stretching the field, ayo in the middle of the field, locket/dike for underneath close things

I knew Callahan thought he could by some time by blaming Levis for the reason the season went so bad but I knew then what I still know now which is bullshit. Callahan was the reason Levis struggled not the other way around. The same thing is happening with Ward as I predicted. The problem is Callahan and it's progressively getting worse. Hire Steve Spagnuolo, Brian Flores, Jim Schwartz as head coach. Hire Shannon Dawson as offensive coordinator
