team. Yeah, there’s a number of players as we watch the opening face off right 
there. Student Nikka, Noah Greger, Cole Schwint getting an opportunity at center 
made his NHL debut a number of years ago as a Panther. Right back to number 79. Got him on 
waiverss from Vegas. Here’s a chance out in front and Sergey Babroski makes the big stop right 
there and that’s deflected out to center. Here’s Finley shooting. That one goes wide.

Yeah, the Panthers still haven’t had a shot on goal yet. Petri gets it set up close to 
out in front of the net. He’s got the puck deflected to Vaselki put it to the corner. 
Works it free to Samoskevich across for Hegy in the slot. holds over to Rodriguez. 
And Verhagy again walks off the wall, centers. Here’s Samoske. Save aski. Rodriguez

Scores. Mackey fires it home on the power play. Well, we saw some quick puck movement here in 
that last se sequence here with the Panthers in the five on three power play. Finally finds 
the stick of Samuskevage with the power play goal. They’ll still stay on the power play. 
So you get it down into the middle kind of scramble back to Samoske. Fouron three 
for the Lightning. Moser the defenseman up high. Babski the save. You know Greer will be 
a willing participant. plenty of guys to do it. In any event, Croer with a shot here. 
Babroski. Four on three for the Panthers now. Mostan fishes it for Rodriguez walking 
in and shooting. Good shoulder save aspect. Interesting. I talking to Denil Terasaw, the 
Panthers backup goalender to score. I said, “So, what’d you think of that the other night?” 
You know, we didn’t have too many of those in Columbus. He said it was a strange game just 
watching all that unfold in front of him. And remember, he didn’t really get very many pucks 
in after the first period. What an engaging, terrific guy Terasoft is. Rodriguez shot 
misses. He’ll be the backup goalender. Mean the backup tonight on the Panther bench. 
Really looking forward to and loving being a Panther. Samvich on goal and they stuff it. It’s 
in Rodriguez. He makes it two nothing Panthers. Yeah, with a fouron-ree power play, lots of 
room for these skilled players to make some plays down low and in and around the net. Standing 
there, Johnny on the spot. Here it is. The slap. Basilleski. He just gave up a rebound. See it 
again. It bounces. He just can’t find it. And it rolls onto the stick of Rodriguez. Another power 
play goal for the Panthers. Tannis now. Two-point Knight looking for another one. George Str out 
of the box. He may have a breakaway. He does. your string against his former teammate Babski 
and Sergey slaps the door. Have a major power play. There’ll be three minutes remaining on it. 
Five and a half to go in the first turnover by the Lightning. M with the puck. M looking shooting 
blocker save aski. Oh, I didn’t want to say that. Knew where it was going. Lillianberg 
races over the Panther line. Arski kicks it out and he’s got the rebound. Follow 
by Hoviaak again out of the game at Flatt and Gurgensson’s have not returned. That’s 
not penalty related. Out in front they get another one. It’s Jack Sten tapping 
it in for a three nothing Panther lead. That’s his fourth goal of the preseason. 
He’s one of those players we talked about. Studika trying to solidify a spot on this roster. 
Going to see Tyler Mott drive wide and just throw it out in front. And Stuniga beat his man to that 
perfect position. He gets in behind by Bozer. Croer moves it ahead. Oh, off the goal post 
and then it came right back out in between Babski’s legs. Here’s Kachuk. Boris Kachuk 
with a shot. But you want to see if he hit that post and watch where it comes out. 
Goes through Proski and then back between the legs to Stooviaak. Now it’s a five on 
four. Most out of the box. Cunning blocks a shot. Proski makes a save. Move. Cunning 
back on his skates trying to shake it off. Free puck. Lightning work it again. Yard Strand 
will shoot. Babroski another glove save. Oh, no. By the way, the hits on, you know, Eladim 
Haging in the first, those were players that the Lightning called up today. Recalled from 
the Miners for this game. Racing in against the forward James. Steno holds a trailer. Finds 
the trailer and Vaselki. The save on Bolinskus. Petri over to Boquist and back. Petri straight on. Slap shot. Score. Lostina was 
out in front. Petri hammers it and it’s 4 nothing Panthers. 100 miles an hour. Panthers work it 
around. Make sure to get that puck back to the point. Right on there. There’s a big screen and he 
just blows it right by Vasilelesi. his glove got a little piece of it. Well, that shot had some mojo 
on it. Did it? For what it’s worth, cuz the game’s been so choppy. He hasn’t had a chance to play 
that much, but wins the draw now. Bolinsquez over to the dot. Puts it out in front. Vaselki with a 
terrific save on Boquist. Bolinskus moves in wide. Rodriguez works it high to Petri at the line. Minskus across to Rodriguez in front. Lost 
in it blocked. Another shot save rebound. They have another one. Second of the night 
for Rodriguez. And it’s 5 nothing Florida. Panthers continue in the five on 
four. 420 to go. Off the bench. Tyler Mott receives the pass. Breaks in in 
front. Zavage deflection and stop and then it rolls in. Tyler M was trolling 
by. It’s a six spot for the Cats. The last one I believe to touch this. Mott puts 
it in. There’s the deflection right there. And then it goes. Yeah. Across the goal line before 
Mott could get there. So Macki Samuskevich has his second of the game. Yeah. Basilki kicked it in 
himself. So, Samoskevich and Rodriguez each with two goals. I mean, they’ve just been talking to 
everybody all night long with the announcement. Yeah, with all these penalties. Oh, it’s a goal. 
If it’s Rodriguez, I believe it is a hat-tick. With all these penalties, I don’t 
think the fans even realize. Oh, the Panthers set it up. Clean win. 
Petri back over to Rodriguez. Take a look. Let’s see this shot. High riser. 
I’m not sure if it was deflected or Yeah, it was. Littleberg went off the the bottom shaft 
of the stick. Here’s a good view of it. Watch the puck. You can tell it just flutters there. 
will have zero savings on zero shots in the third and a combined shut out with Sergey Babski. 
7 nothing the final tonight at Hammer Bank Arena.
