I think you all saw the game and we’ll go from there. 3 hours and 10 minutes for a preseason game. Yeah, it’s time to get out of here, huh? Did you think that you guys were going to run out of players? Yeah, we I think we probably would have been better off if they did that. um just got got silly, got stupid by the end of it. And um wasn’t really hockey out there. So I said, I think best thing to do is just move on it and and start focusing on Tuesday. Running clock would have been nice. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Three. Yeah. I saw my uh my son was playing this weekend. There’s a couple games with running clocks. It would have been nice. You had a hat-tick though, right? Yeah. That hyper I didn’t Yeah. Uh yeah, it’s cool. Um I don’t know. Preseason hatrick. Presseason hattick. Um yeah, it’s nice when they go in, but um I don’t have much for you guys. Honestly, I’m trying my best here, but it’s there’s not much I can give you guys. Ring ceremony on Monday, though. Yes, it looking forward Looking forward to putting this behind us. Looking forward to ring ceremony Monday. Looking forward to the banner raising Tuesday and get into the regular season. Thanks. All right. Thank you. from your uh from your perspective. Yeah. Uh I mean that was a little crazy game and uh everybody just wanted to stick to each other and uh play play together and I mean there was not not much to it. What impressed you most with how this team managed the game especially given all the savages? Yeah, I mean I I think we tried to do the best thing, focus focus on our game, play fast and all that going on the side and I think we still well we scored seven goals so we did something right. When you saw Tampa Bay I don’t even know if you saw it but bring up six players from the minors to play in this game. Did you have an inkling that this might happen? Yeah. Uh, I mean, yeah, obviously there’s it puts you think like there there might be something coming up, but like it is what it is. Yeah. Have you ever been involved in a game like this? I mean, uh, probably not this crazy. Yeah, a lot of penalties back and forth, so yeah. Did you think that you guys might run out of players? Yeah, we were close at some point. We had probably two lines on the bench, so there was not much rest time. How exhausted are you? Well, there was a lot of uh downtime, too. So, I’m not not too about Bob’s performance given the stoppages and sticking in that game. Yeah, I mean, great saves. Uh um also probably hard game for him too, the all the all the stops and um stops like between the reps. So, yeah, he played unreal again. So, that’s good good for us. There were a lot of timeouts, weren’t there? I mean, it seemed like every penalty was reviewed or something. Yeah. A lot of lot of time between and then all the TV timeouts on top of that. So, there was like a lot of time to Looking forward now. You guys tomorrow off Monday ring ceremony, Tuesday banner. Glad to have the preseason over. Yeah. I mean, um something to look look forward to. Uh the ring ceremony is going to be uh so much fun and then we we’re going to play for the points. So, that’s that’s fun, too. Yeah. It’s, you know, one of those nights, uh, just fights, you know, stuff like that. I thought, uh, guys handle it well. You know, we had that in the pretty much in each round of playoffs last year. So, we we were fine with that. But, uh, I think in the preseason it’s better to play hockey. There were a lot of breaks, a lot of stops in the action between the between the fights and the fisticuffs. Was that hard to get into a groove? Yeah, it’s you know there every game I would say bring its uh its challenge you know its own challenge uh and tonight was also like not much flow not much rhythm but uh preseason is done and we excited about the the opening opening night opening season and play for points. You’ve been in this game a long time. Have you ever seen a game like that? Yeah, as I said we play maybe not the game, you know, but the periods here and there it’s uh it’s not the first time for us. So I again I thought guys handled that well.
