14. Five weeks in and there are barely any positives with this coaching staff. 4th straight week where we don’t score 7 points before the end of the first half. The defense is a sieve with a DC way past his prime and the team has looked uncompetitive for four straight games and have been elite in padding their stats. What is there to be proud of here?

21. Glenn needs to admit that he made a bad hire in Steve Wilks and cut bait now. This might be the worst Jets defense I’ve ever watched. They rely on a 4 man rush and are starting practice squad players like McGregor and Clemons every game. They tackle like they’ve doused themselves in baby oil. Get LT3 and Thomas off the bench, change up the defensive scheme, do anything to try and make this defense less of an embarrassment than it is.

22. We have a great, clean start. We make one mistake. We play like shit until we are down by 30 in the 4th. We then decide to try playing real football again. Repeat every week. This team is so fucking frustrating.

23. I think it’s time to trade Q. Not cause we want to, but because that man deserves better than this shit. We owe it to him to be in a winning team for once, and it obviously ain’t gonna happen here

27. Glenn just said he’s not taking playcalling duties away from Wilks. Fucking pathetic

28. The Jets will never be good under Johnson’s ownership. A decade since their last non losing season. Last made the playoffs during Obama’s first term. An absolute eternity in the NFL. 5 different GMs and 5 different HCs (plus interims) have been employed during the playoff drought. They drafted Geno Smith and Darnold who have both been pro bowl level quarterbacks with the right support around them.  There is something structurally wrong with the Jets, any moves they make is just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. 

    Is there anything to even have hope about next year? How is seemingly every defensive player worse than last season. 

29. This is a ROTTEN ORGANIZATION.

    Since Mark Sanchez, the Jets have drafted at least two supposed franchise quarterbacks. Sam Darnold and Zach Wilson, AND ALSO went all-in with Aaron Rodgers in a “Hail Mary” attempt to finally end the curse.

    What’s even crazier is that in that time, the Jets have had 16 different starting quarterbacks. And we’ve actually faced five of them later on other teams. The results are brutal as you’d expect. We are 1–8 in games when facing our former QBs.

    Since Sanchez’s last snap in 2012, this team has churned through quarterbacks, coaches, and “rebuilds,” and still finds ways to lose to its own former players.

    This team HAS NEVER been a quarterback away. There’s internal rot, organizational rot, all the way up to ownership. I thought Aaron Glenn might be the one to change the culture. I was wrong. But I honestly don’t blame him. There’s just something so deeply dysfunctional about this franchise that at some point we have to face it: the Jets need to blow it up and start from square one. Get the fuck away from this team Woody. It kills me that since you’ve taken over, you’ve given loyal fans misery, made a boat load of money, and have fucked off to England, twice, and left us with a steaming pile of shit.

    Stay there and sell the team.

30. I felt disturbed by the let’s go cowboys chants at the stadium. And you know what? I wish they were louder. I wish woody could hear how much NOT Jets fans ate there

32. Fans should remember this. This rebuild will look like DET which means we’ll trade our biggest asset for a first rounder and a player that will contribute.
    So we should get okay with Q or Sauce winning a SB this year with a different team.
