Our absolute best chance is beating a bills team who already clinched the division
We’ll fluke into just enough wins to screw ourselves out of the top pick, but not until it’s too late in the season to even feel like a moral victory.

feeling weirdly confident about 4-13
As bad as they look, it is hard to imagine they go winless in a four week stretch of:
Panthers, Bengals, bye, Browns
This the worst team since Kotite.
one of two things happen:
1. we win meaningless games against the bengals, browns, saints, panthers, and resting bills to push ourselves out of a generational talent
OR
2. we do get the top pick and its a jamarcus russel level bust
I went into this season saying I was setting my expectations incredibly low, and that I would be happy if they won “at least one game.”
They always find a way to disappoint me. This feels inevitable.
I’m lying to myself and saying we will win next week against Denver. I’m going to the game that’s why (I’m stationed in the uk)
According to many (I don’t pay attention to collage ball personally). There are no #1 pick worthy QBs so I would say the chances are pretty good that they get the first pick
we could be the first team to ever lose 17 games in a season
We’re gonna win eventually. They’re just waiting for the fan base to mentally lock in to the 1st pick before they start miraculously winning meaningless games.
Is it bad that I’m not even excited to watch the game anymore? Idk if we’ve ever been at this level before
Strange feeling that we are 0-5 and I don’t give a shit anymore. This team killed my love for football completely haha.

I still think 0-17 is unlikely, but a week or two ago I was confident it *wouldn’t* happen. Now, I admit its possible
I’ve said it before..no matter what the record, I still assume there’s a chance can not get the first pick in on time
I think they will end up 2-15. Doubt they will go winless
Some team is going to waltz in overconfident and the Jets are going to steal one, like the Rams in 2020.

Oh we will go on like a 3-4 game streak of winning and looking amazing…
That’ll be like Week 13-17. We will continue to look like the clowns we do currently until then. It’s the classic Jets playbook.
I’m thinking we’re going 1-16…. Painful to watch every week
I’m just about done, I don’t know any of us can watch this team for another 12 weeks. There are players playing meaningful snaps that have no business being in the NFL. The defense is one of the worst I’ve seen & roster management is awful.
I prayed for the Jets to go 0-17 at church yesterday
I truly believed this team tanked in 2020 based on how close they’d get then blow it in the 4th quarter nearly every week.
I want to believe they’re doing it again for draft capital, but I’m not so sure. They’re just a bunch of losers wearing the same jerseys. Honestly worst jets team I’ve ever seen at this point. Worse than 2020, worse than 1996. Horrendous.
We will start winning games once a QB is anointed a clear cut 1st overall pick. And we’ll win just enough games to pick 2nd.
The true Jets way will be to string together 3-4 wins at the end of the year that cost us a shot at a top 3 pick so we have to settle for whatever QB is left over
Jets will move to North Dakota so no one can see them play
Nothing beats jets 2 holiday
oh don’t worry, we’ll pull out a few wins at the end of the year so we don’t get the #1 pick
