The fumble by the Cardinal — from a rules standpoint — puts a new impetus (or driving force) on the ball, so Arizona is responsible for putting the ball into the end zone. If a Cardinal then falls on the ball in the end zone, it would be a safety … TWO POINTS for Tennessee AND Arizona would have to kick to Tennessee.
