Kerry Carpenter is my Tiger. Because Jesus can’t hit a 4 seam fastball, but Kerry can!

  1. McKinstry! He’s done good things for Toledo/ Detroit/CMU community, plays each play, He’s not some flashy high draft pick, he’s not some young talent. I get that. But he’s my pick .

  2. Fuck it, I love Javy. Terrible contract, he’s been absolute ass at the plate a lot of the year, but I just feel he’s gonna come through in a big way for us this postseason.

I really just want to see him pimp a go ahead home run or do so some dumb El Mago shit like score from first on a bloop outfield hit.

  3. Hope Carp doesn’t see this!

**Exodus 20:4:** “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.”

  4. Dingler and Skubal. Catchers are my favorite position to watch, and Ding is so good behind the plate, love watching him throw out runners trying to steal. And Skubal is just such a competitor. Even ignoring the fact that he’s the best pitcher on the planet he’s so fun to watch on the mound, love watching a guy with that much mojo perform

  5. Kerry, all the way. Partly because we share the same last name, partly because he’s just all around a cool dude, but mostly because he’s a total beast.

  6. Funny picture because I’ve often thought but never spoken in relation to that’s is interesting to Kerry that Jesus was a carpenter.

Riley Greene is my current favorite. He’s just a youngster but a class act. Of course Terik Skubal is a likely Cy Young Award winner. Carpenter is also up there as well as Dingler because they are both awesome.

Historically, “Mr Tiger” Al Kaline and of course Ty Cobb because history. The Bird (my first live game) Also JV, Miggy, Sweet Lou, Alan Trammel, Sparky, Gibby, Jack Morris, Pudge before he was juicing, Cecil and Prince,

  7. Javy. I live in Chicago so even though I’m not a cubs fan, I really liked watching Javy play during that 2016 cubs WS run.

Was pumped when we got him and though it obviously went south real quick, he’s turned it around and imo has been our most clutch player.

  8. Ok, took me a minute to get the pun. But in all honesty Tigers fans? Do you all do mushrooms or just most of you? Your memes are as surreal as they are based.

  9. I really like Reese Olson. He was/is a very good counter punch with our other pitchers, just a bit injury prone. It would be interesting to see his development within a full healthy season.

  10. Strategic choice Mize. We’re not anywhere near this place without him this year. Skubal is of course right there since we’re not here without him either but looking to the future and the likelihood that he’s going bye bye I go with the dark horse.

  12. Ty Cobb. He never had a number on the back of his jersey. I can buy a Tiger jersey with no name or number, save a ton of money, and tell everyone it is my Ty Cobb jersey.

  13. Brandon Inge (incredible defense), Nate Robertson (Mize really reminds me of him), and currently Colt Keith. I feel like Colt has great potential but the managing this year and last has me losing my mind.
I love Tork and Carp for obvious reasons, they’re great people and want them to do well.
Flaherty is the pitcher right now that gives me goosebumps, not Skubal (also love and respect him too).

Have to add Sweeney. He may not have a chance in hell with the way this team is run but I love watching his defense.

  14. it’ll always be Javy, but i’m biased because he’s been my favorite for a decade now.

  15. So weird… my buddy just bought this picture at a garage sale and we’ e been debating if it’s serious or ironic. We have been leaning toward serious.
