San Francisco 49ers Don’t Have A Quarterback Controversy…For Now #shorts 49ers News

There is no quarterback controversy for the 49ers right now. The Niners just signed Brock Perty to a $265 million deal this off seasonason. They’re not benching Perty for M. Jones, even though Mack has been highly impressive in his three starts this year. Pertie and Mack do have a lot of the same qualities and strengths. They throw with anticipation. They throw with accuracy. They’re good scheme fits for what Kyle Shanahan wants from his quarterback because they can get rid of the ball on time, accurately to playmakers, and they can play point guard in this offense as the ultimate distributors of the football. But I do think that Pertie’s athletic ability adds a different dynamic, which makes him the better quarterback than Mack and adds another element to this Niners offense. Mack can drive the ball a little bit better because he has a stronger arm and he can see the field sometimes a little bit

  1. Jed is not happy with the contracts of Bosa, BA, and Brock right now.

At least he had some insurance on Bosa. Hopefully all 3 will come back and play better than ever!

But, I'll believe it when I see it. 😅

  2. That’s happened before many times, a Backup QB comes in all Balls Out then fans get to excited. Relax people. Brock’s the #1 QB and even Mac said he’s holding down the fort until Brock is back. The quest for #6 continues!!!

  3. Lame, Chase. … What is Mac's record? Purdy can be great, but he's also a choker. The "dynamic" of Purdy's "athletic ability" is lame, lame, lame rhetoric. Jones is a perfect fit for Shanahan's vision and rhythm.
