Imagine your first regular season NFL action is coming off the bench due to injury on MNF and staring down Chris Jones and the Chiefs D in prime time. I’d have to look at the coach’s film to know for sure but with the naked eye it looked like he held up quite well.

Hainsey has been so good for us this season so I was definitely worried when they announced he was injured. Rookie 7th round pick comes in and contributes to one of the biggest regular season Jags wins in franchise history. Props to the young man. Gladstone may have unearthed a 7th round gem in Monheim

  1. I almost felt sorry for the Chiefs linemen, since they’d have to try and get around his huge nuts.

  2. Just imagine what Gladstone can do with one more draft class with 10+ picks

    We’re cooking with gasoline

  3. Decent OT who kicked inside for his last season at USC. Big guy for a C, who must have some food athleticism to have been a tackle previously. Sure he’s got tonnes of potential to fill. Thrown into the action, and must have gained a lot of confidence in the team and staff. Love to see it.

  4. I read or heard somewhere. The Jags thought monheim was 4-5 rder and surprised he was still there in the 7th.

  5. I just love how we drafted players late who are already helping us. I’m so used to the Baalke era where we pick 10 guys on Day 3 and maybe 2 of them even stick with the team after 2 years. It’s nice to get guys like Tuten, Allen, and Monheim already making plays for us
