lol it’s Eliot Wolf hate week except when it isn’t
Part of that is getting high picks – having a top 5 in back to back drafts and hitting on them is crucial to a rebuild.

If all you do is hit on your first round picks, you’ll still be in very good shape. What killed them was years of Cole Strange-N’Keal Harry picks.
WR1 next year and we’re back
The rest of the 2025 draft has looked pretty solid so far too. We’ve gotten a starting caliber LG and S, a promising RB and WR.
Good start for the Vrabel/Cowden era.
You forgot the BB press conference when they “went their separate ways”. No way we draft maye with bill here
Cool, maybe we could hit on more than one pick or year? Just an idea.
I have been thinking about this a lot. Last 3 drafts, you get an elite CB, franchise QB, and a LT that so far looks the part.
On top of that we have multiple starters from this year’s draft and Henderson hasn’t had too many opportunities along with Williams having almost 0.
Vrabel era off to a great start.
2024 draft was an absolute disaster apart from the obvious pick, look away guys that wanted to draft MHJ and go with Zappe, smdh.
2025 is way too early to tell but Campbell was like the obvious pick as well, but if the left side of the O-line is anchored by Campbell and Wilson, it would be huge.
Ya makes a huge difference when you hit on your 1st round pick. Pats went like 11 years in a row without a good 1st round pick.
Missing a photo of Bill at UNC
We also need to get rid of Mr. Fumble and sign a promising RB
Everyone craps on the recent drafts but I remember that Gonzalez pick happening and knowing another all pro fell in our laps
How many would rather have JSN over Gonzalez?
Maye was so talented even Eliot Wolf couldn’t fuck up that pick
Only thing we need is a dynamic pass rushers and we’ve got the 4 most important positions.
Stay healthy and pay them every penny
Add mike Vrabel to this picture. We don’t go nowhere with him and the new staff
Thornton appears to be thriving in KC.
Amazing what chosing BPA for the position you have a need can do instead of the bonehead decisions Bill loved to do
Wait. But the “people who are in the know” (this sub) said MHJr was the right pick and that other guys arms are too short…..
Were they wrong?
Hopefully, we can afford to keep and pay all these guys when the time comes .
It’s no coincidence that our best two games have come when Gonzalez has returned.
So many teams and fan bases want the flashy player, not the lineman. Look where that got Cincinnati. Sometimes the boring safe pick is the better pick.
Now if only we could hit on our draft picks outside of the first round
