Day one of the regular season, we got the Chicago Blackhawks headed to the defending Stanley Cup champions in the Florida Panthers here. But if you look at the Panthers, they’re a little banged up and they will be on the injured bug list here as many players will not be playing in this one. Many key um players for the Panthers here. They will have the ring ceremony and a banner will be raised. the emotions for the Florida Panthers. Maybe they won’t be checked in here, but I’m looking at this line and it’s a minus 280 here for the Florida Panthers and the Chicago Blackhawks. They got Spencer Knight back in the net here. And where did Spencer Knight come from? These Florida Panthers. He’s going back to his old team here in the game number one of the 2025 season. And you got Bob Rosski here in the net for the Florida Panthers. I’m expecting a lower score game in game number one here of the season. And I do like that under five and a half here in this game, but I do lean towards the Chicago Blackhawks in this one, especially on a ring ceremony night for the Florida Panthers. Like I said, a lot of emotions are going to be flowing here for the Florida Panthers team. A lot of guys injured here. And I’m expecting the Chicago Blackhawks, a young team, especially with Connor Baddard there to play free loose and have Spencer Knight step up against his old team on ring or banner raise ring ceremony for these Florida Panthers. So, I’m going with the Chicago Blackhawks and the under five a half in this one for day one, game one. NHL is back, ladies and gentlemen. Once again, I am Nick Mein with Doc Sports.
