Not to be a downer, but that team had an Arrieta to give us a lockdown win in there. And an offense that could score more than three runs. And a few arms in the bullpen that weren’t terrible. And an opponent that wasn’t lobsidedly better than us.
It’s improbable but doable, given the way the first two have gone I don’t hold much hope, but let’s see what happens.
