[Maiocco] Eddy Piñeiro, 11-for-11 on FG attempts since signing with the 49ers, was named NFC Special Teams Player of the Week. He made FGs from 20, 37, 41 and 59 yards in win over the L.A. Rams. It’s the fourth such honor on his career.

3. With the 59 yard kick he made he should be on the team for a while. Now his only concern is XPs.

4. I remember he missed his first kick in a 9er uniform. Was that a PAT? I know he’s been straight heat im just trying to get my memory sorted.

6. We’re so lucky panthers cut this guy even tho he has top 3 highest fg % in the history of nfl. His weakness was extra kick which was below his fg % and we all saw that on first extra kick shanked right. He’s been solid since then even on extra point tho so fingers crossed

7. Sometimes it just takes a change of scenery to prosper, maybe Moody will have a resurgence too.
