WR1 output as soon as he’s back. Dudes the real deal
YAC king.

I’m hoping for a prime Mahomes to Kelce level connection (okay, maybe a step or 2 below this). Sounds drastic but honestly I think Rice has it in him. He has elite short to middle route running ability and his hands are solid (maybe the biggest question mark in his game but that seems much better since his early rookie year). Rice can read the defense and go off script when need be. If Mahomes and Rice see the same defense and adjust on the fly, this duo can be elite! Jmo.
Edited for poor grammar and wording.
Realistically? 800 yards and 7 TDs.
Homeristically? 1400 yards and 11 TDs.
Man annihilator
I think, in conjunction with Brown, Juju, and most importantly Worthy and Thornton, will make a great weapon for short and medium passes. He’s very strong and can get some YAC (unlike Brown).
Having Worthy and Thornton going deep and actually making passing attempts deep to them will open up the short and medium routes, where Kelce and Rice should feast.
As for stats, no idea. I just expect he’ll be a big part of the offense once he’s back.
75 yards a game. Some big time plays. #1 receiver on the team. I guess we don’t know what he will look like post injury though…
To average 75yds per game w 5-8 tds rest of the way
1000 yards, 10 Touchdowns, and an Uber Eats commercial.
To steer clear of pat after an interception
To stay healthy and out of trouble
11 games
70% of Jerry Rice
To save my fantasy season
Post tyreek chiefs have taught me not to expect jack shit from the wide receiver room
Maybe too much…but I hope not!
With the emergence of Thornton, not as much as I did before but he will continue to help open up the offense……….
The offense is far from my biggest concern.
Stay out of jail.
I’m expecting a staple grain that’s an essential part of many diets.
To drive within 10mph of the speed limit.
We’re still on the best roll in NFL history and it doesn’t end until we don’t make the AFC championship game. The NFL has deliberately created a system that promotes parity, so the rules are designed to keep this kind of dynasty from happening and yet here we are. We’re battling something else that no one ever talks about and that’s just the complacency that’s inevitable when you’ve accomplished this level of excellence. You can’t afford to lose that edge because the NFL is too good, but when you’ve already reached the pinnacle of success repeatedly how can you maintain it? You’ve had some aging superstars who you’ve tried to hold on to because they’ve earned the right to finish their careers as KC Chiefs. To say competitive at this level you’ve got to fill big gaps and you’ve got to recognize talent and get creative with money because you aren’t getting the highest draft talent. Every opponent you face views beating you as the ultimate measure of their own success, so you’re always getting their very best effort. What’s happening isn’t Veach’s fault or Reid’s, it’s amazing they’ve been able to keep this team this competitive for this long without a significant rebuild. Maybe they’ve still got another playoff run left in them this year or maybe they don’t, but either way it’s been an incredible time to be a Chiefs fan. If you persevered through the 70’s and 80’s like some of us did you definitely have to appreciate this for what it’s been!
Top 10 receiver.
He’s going to have games reminiscent of prime Kelce, book on that. Probably somewhere in the 700-1k yard range in 11 games, barring injury setbacks. He’ll be the work horse this offense has been missing.
Redemption for getting suspended
75+ catches, close to 1,000 yards, 7-10 TDs and a State Farm commercial 😏
Outstanding performance undone by #74.
Forgive me for still being salty.
Based on our luck this season, to get injured on the first play
50% of his rookie contract?
A Super Bowl ring
In 11 games? About 800 yards, 6 TDs
I’m expecting him to get at least a 1,000 yards. But unless he’s been studying the playbook I’m expecting some rustiness.

Playing only 11 games? 1200 yards 10 tuddies.
