Did Chris Jones GIVE UP on the game-losing Touchdown? | Kansas City Chiefs Vs Jacksonville Jaguars
Okay. Well, something I noticed on the uh biggest play of the game for the Jaguars against the Chiefs. This is a first and goal. Jaguars have 30 seconds left and they’re out of timeouts. And this is going to start off very bad for Jacksonville. You see, uh you know, Lawrence trips over his own lineman. He falls down, but I want to direct your attention to Chris Jones on this play. This just it’s it’s something I noticed on tape, so I’m going to talk about it. Um watch what he does here. Watch as he really just stops playing here. I mean, again, is he maybe at first trying to see if he can deflect the pass if it’s in his way? I think that’s a generous read on on this. I think he just thought the play was over and kind of gave up on it. Again, if he’s hustling out of the box, does he get to Lawrence and and stop Lawrence? I don’t know. Maybe, maybe not. I don’t I wouldn’t say like definitely not, but I I don’t think so. Either way, though, I mean, it’s the biggest play of the game. It’s 30 seconds left. Like, you got to be got to be hustling on these types of plays. And And Lawrence was, right? Lawrence certainly was giving it his all and and maybe that was the difference in this

He thought the guy in the black and white stripes was going to get him .
If you are going to make this kind of video get someone else to talk about it. What the H are you talking about he gave up on the play period, didn't hustle, period.
Shit was set up
Well, after taking the lead near the end of the game the CHUEFS really did not need to kick the ball out of bounds, where it was then placed on the 40-yard line. Kick it deep and make the opposition run it back, if they make it to the 40 or beyond – OK.
Team that wanted to win the most – WON.
I don't think they are in Kansas anymore toto. Seems some big name players are feeling a certain type of way because they don't have the drive. There's a problem and I'd love o be fly on wall in locker room. Something is up with their lack of play they are quitting on the team and its not just jones
Scripted. The NFL has gone down hill fast in the last few years it started when the players started kneeling during the national anthem then they added all the BLM slogans on the field and helmets, but you were denied entry if you had a MAGA hat? Add some gay cheerleaders that will drive more away, once they leave they don't come back. After 4 years of the biden economy the country is still trying to recover and can't afford to go to the games because they cost too much, look at the stands now most of the games are only half full if they are lucky and it will only get worse. They get paid millions while the people who live right outside the stadium starve in a crime ridden city. They are on the ICU table clinging to life so they go with Bad bunny for the SB halftime, stick a fork in them now…they are DEAD and don't even know it yet. RIP NFLGBT gay transgender Liberal league. 🪦⚰💀
Script said dont tackle him…
Damn! It looks like the whole defense was jogging. WTH!?
Jaguars. Give us your oline. Ours is broken 😂 we’ll give you Trey lance
He is playing like Mr. Taylor Swift
I’m here for the demise of the KC CHUMPS
He’s not that fast. Wouldn’t have caught him. Anyway, screw the chiefs their run is over.
No one knows, if Jones had hustled if he could have made the tackle, but the sight of Jones coming from Lawrence's right side might have caused Lawrence to rethink his running plans. BTW: I watched Jones during the game and he was sluggish ( and that's being charitable ) on many plays. Jones had no tackles and only one assist for the entire game. Not what you would expect from the best defensive lineman on the Chiefs. Is Jones out of condition? Or is something more sinister causing his lackluster play?
Yea it looked like he dropped back in pass coverage. Don't get me wrong, i think all mainstream sports are rigged. But here it appears hes in coverage because he rushed into coverage.
It's unreal the amount of money they make to take plays off.
Following the script
This is why every football coach worth his salt tells his locker room to "play to the whistle!" Don't assume a play is "dead" until the ref whistles it dead!
Never called his name once the entire game, even Joe Buck said it
Man that some Albert Haynesworth right there.
The NFL is rigged 😂
I dont want to give him a pass, but is he hurt, it looks like he that he his hobbling a bit
Chiefs have no heart
This play was the most pathetic defensive play of this year the chiefs were absolutely embarrassed. And I'm a chiefs fan. 😮
Roughing the passer… made mahomes sad. Chiefs ball and 15 yards
Joke for you: Question: Why did Trevor Lawrence pick a booger? Answer: Cos it was a juicy one. LOL
How on earth did that booger eater fall down TWICE & STILL score the winning touchdown?????!!!
Jones looked like his teammate Kelce in last years SB. Mahomes desperately running around on a play evading defense and Kelce just standing there being lazy.
Definitely a lack luster effort
It was first and goal. Jags were getting in no matter what lol. Truth be told, it's best to get the ball back with 3 timeouts than to waste time stopping the inevitable.
"Out of timeouths"
Holy speech impediment batman, this guy has a crazy lithsp.
No one cares, we all are dying to see Bad Bunny at the halftime show for the Super Bowl😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤢
National fixed league. The evidence is right before your eyes
Chris Jones' aunt died a few weeks ago in late September. He's likely still in grief. She was really important to him based on his recent interview with People Magazine.
