“I would have KNOCKED HIM OUT!” Housh SOUNDS OFF on Cardinals Coach Jonathan Gannon | SPEAKEASY

We got to talk about the Cardinals situation right now. We saw a sideline altercation yesterday between head coach Jonathan Ganon and Amari D. Marcato. And it seems as if the Cardinals have gone reviewed this footage and made a decision. They are finding head coach Jonathan Ganon. $100,000 for his sideline interaction with Amari Decado after dropping a football. If you can, I’m going to ask you to do something difficult. Can you find the sideline span? Remove it as we check. Can you find the Oh, we got it. We got you right now. That’s why my camera gets I’m on it. We right here. Watch it, T. Watch it at home. Watch this at home. Head coach Jonathan Ganon in a white hat. After D Marcato fumbled the ball running into the end zone, head coach Jonathan Ganon slaps a dude, hits him in the chest. $100,000 fine. Tal me, please. Was this punishment enough? Listen, man. It’s crazy. First off, a coach would never do that to me. Why you say that? I’m knocking him out on the sideline. I promise you. And and every coach I’ve had, they know that. They know that. He wouldn’t do that to me. He wouldn’t do that to me. You’re knocking him out. I promise you. And they know that. They not. And I’m not not like I’m a tough guy. You just not going to disrespect me like that. Cuz if I do that to you on the sideline, I get cut. Mhm. We know that. I got a son at home. What you think he going to say when he see this? I might argue with my wife and I raise my voice. She liable to be like, “Oh, you want to raise your voice at me, but you let that man hit you like that? You ain’t like I like I got I’m a man first.” Like, “So, y’all ain’t married. I got to go home. Mr. Speak easy, man.” So, it’s like, like, Gan, like, but I will say this, he know who to try. Yeah. He not doing that to nobody that he know going to put hands on him. M like, and again, I’m not acting like I’m this tough guy. You not putting hands on me like that with I’m going up your head. Like, if you hit me like that, I’m hitting you back. And that’s just simple as that. And every coach in the National Football League, even in college, they know who they can do that to. That’s real. And I ain’t one of them. That’s real. That’s real. Straight up. They know that. T not telling no lies because we had a a player in Philly uh as a rookie and Chip Kelly was there and you know on defense if you’re rushing the quarterback you can’t sack the quarterback in practice. You can’t sack the quarterback in practice. Stay out the QBs. Stay out the cylinder. The cylinder is a little fake circle. You can’t touch them. But what defenders like to do is they yell sack. and we yell sack to let the offensive coaches and the offensive line know, hey, I can’t actually sack your QB, but I’m gonna yell sack so you know in a game I would have sacked him. So, we had a dude named Bo Allen. He’s a rookie at the time and he’s rushing and he and and Fletcher Cox is rushing. Bo Allen’s on the sideline and he yells sack. Chip Kelly looks who it was. I’m watching. I’m on the sideline with the twos. Chip Kelly looks who it is after assessing as a rookie. He says, “Shut the up you [ __ ] rook. I’ll cut you right now.” And I’m like, “Oh, but Brandon Graham was right next to Bo Allen and said, “Sack.” But Chip knows you can’t yell at Brandon Graham like that. Trent Cole was right next to BG who was right next to Bo Allen. And Chip knows, “Oh, I can’t yell at this dude like that.” So T is right in that coaches know who they can try and who. So even if you’re not a starter, we had a guy in Cincinnati. I ain’t going to say his name, but this was early in my career. They released him. But prior to that, a coach said something to him that he didn’t like and he picked him up and slammed him. So when they released him, they hired security. They hired security. And the people that they know who I’m talking about, they were so scared of him, they hired security to escort him out the building to release him cuz they was they were afraid when they released him, he was going to slam somebody else. D lineman. Yes, they were scared of him. They not doing that. They They know. They know who to do that with. Is crazy. It’s a It’s a dude on a rookie contract and he’s a he’s a third he’s probably third in the running back rotation. He’s getting more burned now. But like like you said, exactly. He he knew who he knew who to try. And also my thing is Jonathan Ganon did it half-heartedly. He smacked his chest as hard as he could and then walked away in the middle of him doing it at the same time. He he he know what he is. is he an itch to be in the front? He one of those like he he know because he wouldn’t have done that and like really just stood there. Hell no. I know what he should have done when he get he should have just grabbed his right arm. Y the [ __ ] you doing? Get your ass beat. Like that’s what he should have done. But the problem is uh uh James Connor would have done that cuz James Connor got some stable roster security. I think James Connor heard it if I’m not mistaken. Like a vet would have done that. But I I think I think he’s so right. And you know what it is, bro? Cowards know who to try. Not just in football. Cowards know who to try. Yeah. And cowards will try people who won’t fight back. Yeah. I remember. I’mma tell a story real quick. I’mma tell me a story real quick. Training camp my senior year in college. And it’s my senior year in college and Will Muschamp was my defensive coordinator. He was a defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins when Nick Sabin was a head coach. National championship at LSU, national championship at somewhere else at Georgia back toback. Will Muschim said, “Hey, I was coordinating Zack Thomas one day and Zach Thomas signed back for the Dolphins and the first day of camp, Zack Thomas got in a fight with a rookie offensive lineman. Zack Thomas was walking off the field. Mushamp was walking off the field. Must Champ also the linebacker coach. He looked he said, “Zack, you a 13-year vet. What you fighting a rookie offensive lineman for?” Zack Thomas looked at Mustam and said, “Coach, he was holding me. And if I fight him the first time he holds me, he’ll never hold me again because he’s going to think he’s going to have to fight me every time. My senior year at Texas, first day of training camp, I’m listening to a gap. I get tackled to the ground by an offensive lineman from uh uh from Gilmer, Texas, David Snow, 63, 300 lb, country as heck, talk like this. I go to the ground, he says, “I’m going to kill you.” Next thing you know, we on the ground, we tussling. Dudes on the knee, flip their helmets. You know what it is when you’re on the knee. Flip your helmet up. Catch it. Huh? Everybody start throwing haymakers. And I thought to myself in that moment, it’s not even that you’re a fighter. You just have to make sure you can’t get tried. And the thing for me in this moment is like D Marcado, I just feel bad because like why he try you like that? And the coach knew who he could try him. You ain’t trying Kyler like that. Kyler would have slapped him. De Marcado’s, if we’re being honest, they cut him. I like like he he’s in a way more cunnable position if like you said though if it was anybody else on the team that ran 70 yards and then fumbled the ball through the back of the end zone. You think you think Andy Reed was checking Deshan Jackson when he did it? No. L but if it was someone it was a third string running back that’s on a rookie deal that you giving a lot of shine to right now that that’s that’s that’s playing well and filling a position. Sure, you might try him. I do agree. I I I I agree that he only did this because of who the guy was. But then also at the same time Democrat was in a tough position. Good. What What am I supposed to do? De Marcado is in a position where if he defends himself, he’s probably getting released. He’s getting cut. You lose your job. You know what shows me though? Talk to me. That Ganon feels the pressure. Yeah. He feels real. He feels the pressure of damn it, that’s a game we should win now. That just made it harder. Yeah. They two and three. They should easily be three and two. You just looked at Sir Gang. Yeah. Yep. He feels the pressure. But you know what that was? Having to win. That was a I’m going to have to relocate my family. I’m going have to take my kids out this private school. I’m going to have to sell the house. Ah, we going to have to move. I’m going have to call U-Haul. I remember um going into my junior year in Texas. We were coming off a national championship and and my coach said, “Ao, I got kids to feed.” So, when I’m thinking about who I’m putting on that football field, y’all think I’m thinking about y’all. I’m thinking about my wife, Carol. I’m thinking about my two sons. He said, “I’m thinking about making sure if I trust you, I’m trusting you with my wife’s meal. I’m trusting you with my kids’ tuition.” That slap by uh Jonathan Ganon wasn’t just a slap of like, “Oh, you fumbled.” Like T just beautifully said in the speak easy on this beautiful night, y’all hanging with us. That was a Yo, I might like that that might cost me my job, bro. You know what I’m saying? My bad, Care, Bear. We was cooking. We was cooking. T was cooking. No, T was cooking. I I agree, Chad. I want to know what y’all think. What would y’all do in that situation? I think it’s a tough situation for him. If I was a vet, if I was in TJ’s position, if on the Bengals, I’m I’m letting one go. I’m I’m Terence Crawford on my coach. You think you’re independent? Like, if you’re secure, you’re you’re taking off. If you’re not, of course. Yeah. How high ranking are you at your place of work? That’s where it is. If I just got here, I can’t act a damn fool. I can’t say nothing crazy. I have to I have to I have to fill in exactly. I got to prove myself. But if I’ve been here 13 years and and I know that this whole operation runs better with me and you really can’t afford to lose me. Not going to go disrespect me, boss. I You need me. You need me. But but I will say this because I’m not going to lie. I’m not gonna lie. I know punk, but if I’m in that situation as a 53rd person on the roster, I’m taking that slap to the chest. And and it’s in large part because I need that check. I need that $36,000 to hit on Tuesday. I need that. Now, I think Jonathan Ganon has completely lost the respect of his team because players are on social media and when they see that, they going, “Hey, coach.” Like, that’s weak as hell. And don’t let coach try to come up there, hey, sorry, man, let my emotions get the best of me. I’m not respecting you moving forward. But I’m not gonna lie, T. Like, you played 12 years, so you could have swung cat like me that was getting cut and on the roster and cut and on the roster and cutting on the roster. Bro, I’m just ice up, son. I’m going have to ice up, G. I ain’t even going to tell that story, but I had a guy that I played with. He was a special teamer. He was a special teamer and rarely played. He got cut. Him and Marvin got into it. He headbutted Marvin. They cut his ass. And everybody listen, they know exactly who I’m talking about. They got into it. He got a personal foul penalty on like kickoff or kickoff return. The next Monday they got into it on the sideline. He was in the wait room lifting the next day on Monday. Yep. Marvin called his ass out the wait room and they released him and he just started crying. The craziest thing of all of this car bear the craziest thing is he told us a story about a special teamer. He told a story about a defensive lineman. All these Bengle stories and none of them got to do with Pac-Man Jones. That’s the craziest part of this. Like he told a story about somebody in that security somebody under the coach and none of these was Pac-Man. These bingo stories have filled the whole show for a couple weeks. Interesting teammate.

  1. What do you want to bet the majority of people calling for his head are white women, who don't even watch football, and black men. And, if it was a white player, no one would care.

  2. TJ is the real deal!!!! I agreed with him 100% for keeping it real, unlike Shady, when he was on the show, talking about its football. His name SHADY says it all!!!!!! 😎

  3. $100,000 fine should teach the coach a lesson. END OF STORY. The RB is not an established player, he had to hold it down, for the sake of his future career, his life, and the life and future of his current or future family.🙏🤐

  4. Based off the era TJ comes from I would be willing to bet he’s been in the same type of situation with a coach and I never heard of TJ knocking any coaches out so…….

  5. I can’t believe this, the player disrespected the whole team by dropping that ball and costing his team a win! That coach is under pressure now losing 3 games by a total of 5pts. It’s called accountability!
An 18yr kid called Roy Keene (Premier League Football in the UK) he made a mistake cost his then team a goal his coach Brian Clough punched him in the chest because of it! Years later people still bring it up, when they ask Roy about the incident, Roy simply says that he deserved it! That’s accountability! When asked who was the best coach he ever played for he says Brian Clough even though Roy played 12years at Manchester United under Alex Ferguson wining many titles including the European Champions League FA Cup and Premier league champions all in one year.
You guys have lost all something, the player here should go home and tell his son he made a terrible mistake he was humiliated for it and he will never make that mistake again. That’s the lesson!

  6. How is Demarcado supposed to look at his son when he disrespected his whole team and himself by showboating and losing an NFL game. Getting slapped in the chest is the least of it. Knocking out a coach would be the way to ensure you NEVER get another paycheck in the NFL. What a braindead take.

  7. Checkin’ the coach is one thing. To knock him out though & ruin your career & the possibility of generational wealth? One of the dumbest takes I’ve ever heard.
