POV: you’re traveling to London with the Jets
travel with an NFL team to London. We have a night flight, so leaving the facility at 1JD pretty late. Then we got to go to the airport. We got to get on the flight. Our players had a bunch of layown seats because obviously they needed some high quality rest. And then you wake up in London. And here’s the thing, the team doesn’t actually stay in downtown London. They stay on the outskirts of London at the hotel, which is really more than just a hotel because it’s really the facility for the week. We’re talking everything that would be at one Jets drive is now in London. The equipment staff, they got to work immediately to get everything set up so the players would be ready for practice.
