A good hitting coach needs to address Altuve’s obsession with pulling everything. If he is to make the 3000 hit plateau then he needs to start slapping the ball the other way.

You guys talk about always being optimistic. Ok, Im optimistic Astros will win 80+, Astros will have more arm problems, Astros will be sellers at the deadline and go into true rebuild mode
Two bad Brown and Joe didn't get the axs. They suck too.
The last three years, the offense has been mediocre at best. In the past, there was too much focus on exit velocity and launch angle. I want to see a focus on situational hitting. Routine fly balls and straight pull hitting have to go. Let's see an opposite field hit every now and then. This is good news.
Needed to happen. Scoring 0-1 runs per game 80% of the season is going to get coaches fired. Fresh blood is needed. Espada and Brown should be gone too but we're stuck with them for another year. Strength and conditioning coaches had to go too.
Good move. Cintron and Snitker did great things in 2017 and may have unlocked Pena this year – but being #28 in pitches seen is a F- performance. Same with passed balls and worst of all, the ridiculous rate of injury and reinjury. Fitness coach had to go. Maybe it's all the players' fault but you gotta fix complacency.
Cheapskate crane already screwing up. The one dude who should’ve been gone is still manager , second one who should be gone (pitching coach) is still here. SMH 🤦🏻♂️ we’re screwed.
