  6. Stephen Ross wants Dan Campbell so bad it’s insane. I bet he had a picture of Dan on his bedside table. He’s thinking “imagine the story it would make! Former dolphin comes home as a coach to win the Super Bowl!” Dan Campbell could go winless for the next 3 years in Detroit and Stephen Ross would still immediately hire him the moment he got fired

  15. It’s been how long since this franchise was relevant? Total reset, reboot and just wipe the slate clean. We’ve been crap for a long time. Just rip the 97 band aids off and start fresh. I’d respect that more than anything

  20. Dan Campbell is not a disciplinarian, he is a leader who commands respect. He loves his guy's up and is 100% honest with the players. Im sure he rips into them from time to time but to think he is an iron boot is classic dolphins missing the point.

  29. I think Rex is too far removed from being a HC in the NFL. Players might view him more as a character and TV personality. I could be wrong since Gruden did it
