I've been posting our black uniform records and a few people have commented essentially "we suck in them because we always suck" so I wanted to see if we actually do have a good record with any uniform combination and I had a slow night at work so I had a look.
So far I only checked the combinations since the franchise has been in Arizona (Phoenix Cardinals & Arizona Cardinals). There are a few uniforms that are technically different because of different uniform suppliers putting their branding on them but I didn't consider those different for the purpose of this.
From 1988 until now we've had technically 23 different uniform combinations, but even more (42-ish) if you count the different companies (Reebok, Nike, etc)
I was actually pretty surprised by the results. Let me know if anyone else actually finds this interesting enough and I can go all the way back to the start of the franchise. If I don't, I'll probably keep this updated going forward.
