Like damn we only held them to 14 points and gave up no turnovers, granted it’s always different when facing divisional rivals but it’s still a fraud alert watch for them but can’t help
but take our win with extra hopium for what we are building. There offense looks different without Kellen for sure. Just glad we are getting better every game and building a culture one game at a time.

  1. I think if we have anything to say this season, the next three games will tell it. We don’t win 2 out of 3 and I think we start trading for assets into next year. Just my thoughts.

  2. My brain says divisional games are always wild and I think both the Bills and Eagles can bounce back

My heart says the gods are dead and we’re SBOB

  3. We won against the giants because of the turnover margin. Let’s be real. We need more red zone scores to be dangerous. Can’t keep kicking/missing field goals

  4. Both. The Eagles could be overrated and the Saints could be underrated. Give it a couple more weeks.

  5. Eagles are probably just becoming predictable and they’re going to turn it around later on. Dart starting for the Giants has given them a lot of life, was the perfect trap game for the Eagles too.

I think we played well and responded well early, but tbh I don’t think we force 5 turnovers without the other team just playing poorly. That said we won and that’s all that matters. No one cares who played well and who didn’t.

I know this is probably an unpopular opinion here, but I think it was a mistake to not trade back into the 1st to take Dart. I really think he’s gonna be something, could’ve still took Banks at 10 and traded back into the 1st. I know he made some poor mistakes against us but looked very good last night and you can see how well the team has rallied around him

  6. The Eagles played a division game against a rookie quarterback that they probably did not have much to game plan from.

We’ll see what happens when they play again since they have some film on Dart.

  7. It says more about the Eagles (and divisional games always having the potential for upsets). But, I think coupled with the Bills game, it does show the Saints have the potential to be competitive

  8. The eagles are not a good team. The vibes are bad and they should be 3-3 at least if they dont block 2 kicks and the rams dont collapse

  9. I think it says more about the giants and their ability to correct mistakes on a short turnaround, more than anything. Going to see what to say about the saints on Sunday

  10. As a rule of thumb, I try not to read too much into Thursday night games, especially on the road against a team in your division.

  11. Short week

    To a divisional rival

After traveling to Denver 4 days earlier

That had “Trap Game” written all over it for Philly

With that said, Philly’s got issues. Not sure why they’re not running Barkley the way Kellen Moore was running him, but they just aren’t. They’re asking Hurts to be Lamar or Allen and, while he’s good, it’s not the same. And all the noise coming out of that locker room is that of people who aren’t satisfied with one another – but not in a constructive way.

  12. Either way, this is beautiful. Eagles lose to Jaxson Dart, Phillies eliminated from the playoffs in the same night

  13. Not to discredit the Saints but we beat the Giants by less than 2 scores and won the turnover battle by +5. A great team would have put up 40+ points in that situation. We’re getting better each week but let’s not get crazy now.

  14. Eagles, also says Giants are unserious young team that will probably whiplash themselves till they figure out how to give their A game.

In some way, “allowing” Giants to be successful early on created the very situation that got them careless enough to turnover the ball 5 times.

  15. Yeah you normally expect a +5 turnover margin to result in a win by at least 3 scores and we only won by 12. Definitely a long way to go offensively before we’re a serious team, but we got a dub against a team that’s not as bad as everyone thought and it was nice to see the defense feast and the offense manage the game. Never gonna be mad at an 87 yard Shaheed TD.

Eagles just seem lost offensively since Moore dipped.

  16. NFL is really week to week tbh any team can lose any given week … I ain’t a saints fans falcons all day but yall easily could be 4-1 right now only game that didn’t have a chance was the Seahawks think saints are better than their record they just have to learn how to win/finish games …
