I can’t shake this comparison any time I watch Jaxon Dart. Same energy. (This is not a we should have drafted…post)

1. We need to wait until next summer and see if Dart shows up to camp with a few cases of Bud Light.

   THEN we can start making the McMahon comparisons

   His high school coach was a teammate of Jim McMahon in high school. Rooting for the kid.

7. I think Jaxson Dart is bigger than McMahon, but yes, he carries himself with similar poise and attitude to “Chicago’s brashest Bear.”

13. Interesting connections…. Another one: Dart transferred out of USC once Caleb transferred to follow Lincoln Riley. What if Caleb never followed Riley? Could Dart have thrived at USC under Riley and won a Heisman? Could he have been QB1 of the ’24 draft and become a Bear? Hmmmm…

14. Talent wise we have to see. But he def has the NY Joe Namath energy

    With that said it fucking breaks me we didn’t draft Skattebo because he would have been PERFECT for Chicago. Dude loooks like a combination of Brad Muster and Matt Forte

15. They were straight goofing over him on the broadcast last night it was pretty funny honestly. Definitely has the it factor much like Caleb and Daniels. Some damn good QBs these last 2-3 years.

22. Don’t get me wrong – I don’t think he would have ever passed for 4K, but he was excellent at reading defenses and could audible well.

23. Dart is working because of the other youth energy of the team and they are rallying around their coach who was (and possibly still is) a dead man walking. They are fun to watch – but I’d rather Caleb and his crew.

28. I’m engaged to a Giants fan, so I’ve watched more games than most non Giants fan here….Dart definitely reminds of rookie Joe “Cool” Burrow. Posting Herbert’s gf before beating the chargers was a wild weekend lol
