The greatest concern with the Chiefs is NOT the RB room…

So, the greatest concern on the Chiefs roster is no longer the running back room. Don’t get me wrong, I would still love to see the Chiefs make a move for a running back, but they are coming off of their best game of the season. Isaiah Pacheco looked good out there. Showed some vision, broke some tackles, made some moves. Nothing is going to wow you or pop out on the stat sheet, but they looked better. Kareem Hunt had a 33yd run. So, those are some good signs. even though yes, they were playing a team that was missing one of their top defensive linemen and that helps them massively against the run. But either way, my greatest concern here is the Chiefs Dline. You have Chris Jones out there playing a ton of snaps, getting a lot of double teams, and he’s maybe taken a small step back. He’s no longer the cream of the crop, head and shoulders over everybody else, and just needs a little bit more help. Sure, George Caroftus is tied for first in pressures with Aiden Hutchinson, but not all pressures are created equal. Aiden Hutchinson is a game wrecker. George Caroftus does better in my opinion if he has somebody to really help compliment him other than Chris Jones. And it’s everybody else on the line that’s kind of struggling. So, if you make a move for somebody, I would pick defensive line. If I could have both, I would definitely take a more dynamic running back and a more impactful defensive lineman. But if I only could choose one, I want to know your thoughts on this, but I think it should be for somebody along the defensive line. What team? How do they do it before the trade deadline? I’m not really sure right now, but I think they need a little bit more juice along the defensive

  5. Im a big Chiefs fan been one since 2009. And i hate to say it but we are pry only winning 1 out of our next 4 games. And we are definitely not beating the Lions sorry but lets be real

  7. I’ve been saying DT and people were excited with Nnadi coming back 😂it’s always and only Chris Jones getting pressure in middle. He can’t be it forever hes been needing help for long time.

  13. Been saying this all offseason, after we address left tackle, we need one really good pash rusher for this team to be elite. As Jones gets older, we’ll need someone to anchor the D-Line to continue the dynasty, but also the D-Line has sucked for two years in a row now

I just can't understand why you, of all people, you follow this team 10 times more than I do, and you still can't figure out the fact that Isiah Pacheco still has all his abilities that he always had, and they aren't using him! Why are you asking for another running back when we already have an excellent one now?

  18. The only people saying the running back room is the issue are people who clearly aren't paying attention! Pacheco has had two good games the last two weeks, the only thing keeping his numbers down is play calling! It's hard to get into a rhythm when you only get six touches, yet he's still managed to score in both of the last two games! His numbers will go up when his touch count goes up

  20. They were so focused on improving the OL. Chris Jones is still dominate in my opinion, we just need to get him some help. I guarantee he is getting wore down from all the double teams.
