That was an incredible win um for them and which means it was an incredible loss for us. But um I wish them well in the next round that they earned it. Um and that was an epic game. Um as far as my team goes, you know, uh yeah, I spent some time with them to thank them. You know, we we had an incredible game today that that unfortunately somebody had to lose and that somebody was us. Um, and it hurts, you know. I mean, that group is, um, they gave everything they could. You had guys pitching on short rest. You had players giving everything they had because this was game five. And we wanted so badly to take the next step, you know, as a team. Um, and so I wanted to thank them. You know, we have nothing to hang our our head down on. And um there’s going to be plenty of time to to to to talk about, you know, the season, this game, the the uh the peak. Um.

Honestly I’m glad the mariners won as I am a fan but I’m very impressed with the tigers as well. Both teams deserved the win and was one of the most fun games I’ve ever watched!

AJ Hinch is an idiot for not protesting the game after New York blew the call on the swinging HBP. By rule it was either a foul ball or strike because he swung. There was no other option by rule.

You lost not as a team. You left 9 guys without strategically pinch hitting anyone? What happened to whole team, everyone? Game 4 pinch hitters played major role. Game 5 bench players rotted 15 innings. 0-6 several players. I'm looking for why? Why pull best player on the planet after 6? In history we had pitchers go 170 pitches to win playoff games. Shove the analytics up your butt Hinch.

Fire Harris and Hinch. Trade Skubal to LA, NY or Boston and move half the bats who tanked during the 2nd half of the season. Flopping this hard in Detroit is just fine – a sports city so used to failure that “close enough” is good enough.

Tigers BLEW THAT GAME twice. Pulling skuball after just 6 + we had the broken bat issues (Stop using brittle maple bats) that cost us the go ahead run. Fire Hinch he stinks. A 10 yo could manage better.

Bullshit. AJ lost 2 games for the Tigers pulling Skubel out early. You don’t take out the best in the game in either situation. Ya, he had no one left but our 2 worst pitchers on the roster. But if he would not have taken Skubel out it would never have come to this . He needs to be fired
