I kind of like that Spostster is being ultra hard on Kho Wear. You saw he had the comments after first game. Then the game number two, boom, he had like a 30point game against the Wimbeyama Spurs. I think it’s easy for us at home to see and hear a quote like that from a coach on a young guy and be like, that’s not the right approach. But in leadership, you recognize that there are different ways to coach or to be a leader for different people. I mean, if you’re a 2K player, you know there’s like the pat my back badge. Some people you have to not not the word baby, right? But for everything that you talk about them doing incorrectly, you have to throw in two positive things, right? Some people just kind of need to hear it the way it is. Hey, this guy got lazy and because of that, I didn’t play him. Maybe Kho Wear is one of those guys that need you to be on his neck in order for him to be great because it just did work out for Eric Boster in the second preseason game. This is the way I like to be coached or like when somebody was above me in leadership. It meant a lot to me if that person in leadership was hard on me because in my mind that makes me think that this person sees something in me that maybe other people don’t. Rest in peace to to my favorite coach of all time, coach, coach Lavic. There was no doubt in my mind I was the best goddamn point guard on that freshman B team. Damn it. But I didn’t start to start the season. And I was so frustrated and I was so mad. And then coach Lavic explained to me why I wasn’t starting and I corrected that stuff. And guess who was captain?
