In retrospect, the boosted ball year really helped lock in our current skid. Rendon’s power numbers benefited and now the Angels have paid him 30M to not really play since 2021.
Fletch didn’t really have any barrels in the years following too and now he’s like in Double A. (After Perry extended him.)
