5 things we’ve learned in Celtics preseason (so far)

‘Jayson Tatum is incredibly around. The Celtics superstar is still expected to miss most, if not all, of the upcoming NBA season. But, despite the long timeline, he joined the Celtics for their preseason roadtrip and sat on the bench cheering on his teammates. ‘
People seeing something different in Hugo than I I. He tried hard but I see a lot of skill development ahead if he is ever to become a good player.
As a Celtics and Pacers fan, this season is going to be rough, but I love the vibes in this preseason
Idk about yall but BY FAR my biggest takeaway this preseason is minott is wayyyyyy better than I thought he was, and I already thought he was gonna be good
I swear to god has he even made a mistake yet? I just didn’t expect the cerebral stuff with him, these young athletes that never got minutes you always assume they have a basketball iq issue, minott genuinely plays the game very intelligently and has a *great* feel for positioning and timing
I truly think we have something here with him, like I realllllllly like his game
I’ve liked what Minott and Boucher have done so far. But as we all knew and predicted, we need 2 solid big men bad. Maybe we can get a good lottery pick and hope to draft someone, and next year we could make some noise in the league with JT fully back
Minott and Hugo absolutely wreaking havoc on defense is gonna be fun to watch
