First off BELT TO ASS also GREAT WIN & with Rice coming back this week, Raiders better prepare or Mahomes gonna throw for 400!!!
A rocky game but the offense was clicking the entire time and FINALLY there were no game costing self inflicting mistakes. Whatever Andy did in practice this week worked, going from 13 penalties to 0 in 6 days is amazing. First great win of the season and the offense should just get better with Rice back.
Absolutely critical game and they got the win. The Lion’s offense was moving in the 1st half but the defense stepped up in the 2nd. The d-line still continues to be the biggest issue but it was clutch when needed. Special teams was also much cleaner tonight but Butker is still not fully back to automatic quite yet.
The offense is going to have to lead the way the rest of the season. Detroit basically had no secondary but it was still good to see good tape out there. Moore was very good so at least we know we have quality depth there. Only worry is Mahomes is still taking too many hits running. 15 is going to get hurt if they continue. Even then, the offense has been top 10 in total yards and points even without Rice. With him back and a consistent run game, they could win a shootout against anyone.
Super excited to finally see our offense in full next week. It’s been a long wait. Heart goes out to Simmons and hope he and his family is alright.
