If we cannot figure out how to execute a game plan without penalties and mental lapses we're cooked. A game like this should light a fire under the butt of everyone in that building. We cannot have another outing like this.

  1. The harsh truth is that this was nothing out of the ordinary: this is what the offense looks like right now when the defense doesn’t spot them an extra possession every game. It just feels worse because the OL was absolutely awful today.

  2. We already lost to a Browning led bengals who looked since incompetent since he lost his job already. That should have been a wake up call

  3. A lot of us here realized that this game(s) would eventually come.

The simple fact of the matter is that when you win turnover battles by 2 and 3, but only win the game by one score, something isn’t adding up. We finally don’t get a take away, and go figure, we lose by double digits. It’s not surprising.

For as good as the coaching staff has been, they really need to work their magic and get more aggressive with this bunch on the penalties and self inflicted wounds, or else we may have quite a few “wtf” games this season.

  4. If I’m looking for something positive: despite Trevor taking more sacks today than the rest of the season combined (and dealing with historic levels of pressure), despite no takeaways, despite all of those drops, despite the Seahawks’ amazing DL and receiver, despite our amazing kicker suddenly becoming horrible, despite a short week after an emotional win – despite all of that, it was a one-score loss to an NFC playoff team. Fix one or two of those issues, and it’s an amazing win.
