These towels should have been white. Respect the tradition.

I miss the old terry cloth ones. White from 2015 and blue W (with an the players names forming the W) from 2016. These feel like kitchen counter towels.
I attended my first ever playoff game this year (Wild Card Game 1). I thought maybe we would get a cool unique shirt or something that would be worth keeping.
I know the rally towels have become tradition for all MLB playoff games, but these were the cheapest, least exciting thing they could have given us. I guess I was a fool for thinking otherwise.
We deserve so much better as fans who shell out for some of the priciest seats in all of baseball, not to mention the concessions majority of us pay for just to get the full baseball experience.
They had one box left when I got there, but I was told I couldn’t get one because they were reserved for Reese McGuire.
I went to game 1 in Milwaukee and they’re using the same exact towels there. MLB awarded the contract, all the teams are stuck using them.
Microfiber is such ass for a rally towel
I wonder if they aren’t allowed to give out white towels that people will swing. Im sure its confusing as hell trying to spot a ball with white towels whipping around. Thats the reason behind the batters eye box anyway.
We thought rhe same thing, *but* it does give rhe effect of “waiving the white flag” to surrender

The original “W” flag was blue until the 1980s
