  1. This is nice to hear with Knecht it’s not a talent question it’s his confidence we know how good he can be when he’s fully locked in and confident in his shot.

  2. I hope DK bounces back and proves to be useful. His defense is slightly improved. Hopefully that means he can continue building on it and find his confidence and shot. I always root for a player on the lakers. Average defense and 40% from three and he becomes a serviceable player.

  3. It is great, now he has to invert it to the point Smart and Vando can’t score against him because “if I can’t defend Vando and Smart, every NBA player is scoring on me”.

    I’ve been a Dalton supporter since day 1, but JJ was right about him, it is the defense that is going to put a cap on him as NBA player and most of the time I hear him talking about his offensive game that we all know need some polish, but that isn’t his problem

  4. Dalton’s obviously an excellent shooter but I hope the coaching staff is challenging him to make better reads and process the court better. He is too smart to be such a middling passer and playmaker.

  5. I know a lot of people are down on this man but i still root for him.

    He has been bad during the summer league but but I think that he played decent the last two games. 

    His shot will come back, he had the second highest 3 points field goal percentage amongst rookies last season, the guy knows how to shoot. 

  6. I really hope Dalton can taker seriously the fact that it is his defense, not offense, that is going to get him consistent minutes this season. There’s a baseline that he is going to need to meet on that side of the court to stay in the rotation.

  12. I like to hear this, confidence is everything and if he doesn’t have it, that’s it. He’s going to be a big piece this season, he can be that corner guy who doesn’t miss. Playing with LeBron and Luka he’s going to find himself open a lot.

  13. I love him going against them on offense but also take notes and guard rui or Gabe on defense and work on that side of the ball too. That’s what I need from him this year
