The Tennessee Titans have finally made the move that we have all been waiting on. firing a terrible, one of the worst, maybe the worst head coach in NFL history. We’re going to talk about why this needed to happen right now, why I warned you that the Titans would do it this week just a couple of weeks ago. We’ll talk about what’s going to happen next, who’s going to be the interim head coach, who are the head coaching candidates, who should be the next head coach for the Tennessee Titans. Plus, this is all about helping Cam Ward because you have fans out there turning on Cam Ward when it’s obvious that this team is completely lost and it’s not the rookie quarterback’s fault. Before we get into all of the madness, do want to thank you for making Locked on Titans your first listen each and every day. Remember, Monday through Friday, Tennessee Titans content all year round, always for free. You’re not going to beat that anywhere else. Make sure that you get subscribed, stay subscribed. It’s your team every day here on the Locked on Titans podcast. But with that being said, folks, this is a move that absolutely had to happen. Brian Callahan was maybe the worst head coach that I have ever seen at any level of football in my entire life. I mean, ultimately, he ends up going three and 19 in his career. And I saw a stat from Terron Davenport from ESPN. The Tennessee Titans offense has scored the least amount of points through six weeks of any team since 1985. When you are an offensiveminded head coach and your offense and your rookie quarterback are absolutely despicable. And what’s funny is this news came out right after I got done going through the film of week six’s loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. And I could not believe the incompetence that I saw all over the tape on the offensive side of the ball. The offensive line has no idea what they’re doing. The wide receivers are running the wrong routes. No one is open. The quarterback has no answers for pressure. And listen, you don’t want to believe me. You don’t want to buy into what I’m saying. Think about Kurt Warner who was on Twitter on Monday morning talking about Cam Ward is just throwing the ball at the ground at some point because he has no answers for the pressure. No one’s open. You have a Hall of Fame quarterback. You have former NFL quarterbacks all over the place like Dan Orowski and Kurt Bankerk and all these different people saying exactly what I’m trying to tell you to. The offense was a disgrace. There was nothing that they could do. There was no one open for Cam Ward. The offensive line doesn’t know what they’re doing. The wide receivers don’t know what they’re doing. And then think about the in-game decision-making that we had to sit through for the first month of the season. Think back to the Denver game before halftime where you got a wide receiver screen and nobody turns around to catch it. Think about all of the prehalime time management decisions that got botched here. Brian Callahan not only had no idea what he was doing schematically on offense, but he also had no idea how to lead a football team. And I think the most damning thing that happened was Jeffrey Simmons and Cam Ward, the two leaders of the football team, both said in their press conferences after the game, “We had our worst week of practice all year this week. How do you come off your only win of the year when the team should be as energized and as fired up and as motivated as they’ve been all season since the beginning of the year and you have your worst week of practice? You have your worst day of practice all season on the Thursday practice. How is that even possible? So once again, the team had tuned out. Brian Callahan, you spent all off all off all season, all off all off all off all off all off all off all off all off all off all off all off all season talking about penalties, talking about playing clean, talking about not turning over the ball and then the team has no idea what they’re doing. They commit a million penalties to start the season. There’s turnovers galore. Everything that Brian Callahan had to say all all season long, completely ignored by his players, completely ignored. So I said it on yesterday’s show. I don’t know what else the Tennessee Titans needed to see. A team that made the garbage, terrible Las Vegas Raiders look like an allp pro world beating team. Completely unacceptable. This had to absolutely happen right now. And again, just like I said yesterday after the game, if that isn’t enough to fire Brian Callahan, then what could you possibly be waiting for? What could you possibly be looking for? And listen, we’re still waiting for all the dominoes to fall here. I I am going to continuously check updates throughout the show to see, we don’t know who the interim head coach is going to be right now. We don’t know whether Bill Callahan’s going to walk. We don’t know whether Nick Holes is going to go to. And quite frankly, I don’t care. I don’t care who stays. I don’t care who goes because pretty much every single person on this coaching staff outside of Bones Fossil is somebody I don’t even care if they have them on the team next year. I don’t care if they’re on and quite honestly watching Cody Barton stand 10 yards behind the line the game and watch the Titans cornerbacks and and defensive backs be 15 yards deep on third and three and third and four. I don’t care if Dard Wilson stays either. I simply do not care. The Titans absolutely had to make this move. This team is lost. It’s directionless. They have the worst coaching that I have ever seen at the NFL level in my life. And as I told you guys a couple of weeks ago, Mike Vrabel is coming to town this week. And if you think if you think that the Tennessee Titans are gonna let Mike Vrabel absolutely stomp the Titans in Nissan Stadium and then fire Brian Callahan, making it clear that Mike Vrabel made you do that. You’re insane. You’re insane. They needed to do it now. And I went over the stats just a couple of weeks ago about how teams improve after they fire a terrible head coach midseason. And that’s what this season was all about. This season was about seeing the Titans improve. No, they weren’t going to win a bunch of games. No, they weren’t going to do this and that blah blah blah. They weren’t going to compete for the playoffs. If you were a logical Titans fan, you knew that this team wasn’t going to compete for the playoffs. But what we needed to see was this team improve. And more importantly, we needed to see Cam Ward look like he could be the future. And that’s why after yesterday’s game, I said the worst thing that could happen for Brian Callahan is for Cam Ward to look terrible. And you already had the fan base turning on Cam Ward for some reason when it’s clear he had the worst head coach in the entire NFL. So to me, I said it a couple of weeks ago. I said, “There’s a secret reason. There’s a secret reason why the Titans are going to wait to fire Brian Callahan and it’s so that they could get that head coach fired bump in performance as the New England Patriots are coming to town. I literally prepped you guys for this exact moment that they would wait until this game this week so that they could get that bump in performance against Mike Vrabel. And again, if Mike Vrabel whoops Brian Callahan and you fire Brian Callahan after that, now it makes you look like Mike Vrabel made you do it. And that looks even worse for Amy Adams, the owner. So again, we have been begging for this moment. We have been pleading for this moment. We finally get it. Ding dong. The wicked witch is dead. Brian Callahan is absolutely out of here. He absolutely needed to be. and they picked the perfect week to try to capitalize on firing the head coach. And quite frankly, I’m seeing some of you guys say it. There are more people there are more people who need to be fired. Get Nick Holes as far away from my football team as you possibly can. What does this dude do? What exactly would you say that you do here? Absolutely nothing. Absolutely nothing. So, I think this is a great move by the Titans. It needed to happen. But the question is, what happens now? What comes next? Who are the Titans interim head coach options? Who are the Titans actual head coach options moving forward? We got a lot to discuss and it sounds like based on the reporting coming out now, the Titans don’t necessarily have a plan for who’s going to be their interim head coach. So, I’m going to tell them, they’re listening because it sounds like some weeks that they are. I’m going to tell you exactly what your options need to be for the interim head coach and the actual head coach going forward. Finally, we get the worst coach in Tennessee Titans history removed from the building. What comes next, though? Who should be the interim head coach? Who should be the next head coach for the team? Quite honestly, I think the Titans have a ton of options. I think they have a ton of options out there that they can go for. Number one, hiring an interim head coach from your current staff. I think we talked about the options, but John Bones Fossil, the Titans special teams coordinator, in my opinion, if they pick an interim head coach from this coaching staff, that is the number one option that they should go with is John Bones Fossil. number one special teams coordinator is not as busy during the game as the defensive or the offensive coordinator. So I think that John Bones Fossil has the bandwidth available to do both interim head coaching and special teams coordination. Not only that, but if you pay attention to the sidelines during games, you could see that Bones Fossil used to go up and talk to Brian Callahan a ton during the game. And I think that it’s to iron out some of these in-game decision-m, these situational football uh decisions that need to be made. So to me, Bones Fossil was already advising and coaching Brian Callahan on in-game management decisions. Let him do that and control the special teams. You leave Dinard Wilson as the defensive coordinator. You leave Bo Hardigree as the offensive play caller and maybe make him offensive coordinator as well when you get rid of Nick Holes. Also, uh, we know that, well, we don’t know yet, but I would imagine that Bill Callahan is going to leave with his son. And sure, get out of here. See youa. Don’t care. Look at the offensive line. Obviously, that didn’t work. So, make Scott Fuks the assistant offensive line coach. Make him the actual offensive line coach. That’s fine. I think that’s the best option that the Titans have right now if they go for an interim head coach actually on their coaching staff. But I also think that Mike McCoy is an option. Mike McCoy used to be a head coach in the NFL. He coached for the San Diego Chargers. Yes, that’s how long ago it was. They were the San Diego Chargers when Mike McCoy was their head coach. But if you make Mike McCoy the interim head coach, you can leave everybody else in their current duties without adding more to their plate. So, I think that makes a ton of sense. But, let me say this. I don’t think that it’s impossible that the Titans may go get an interim head coach from outside the building. Maybe a guy like Mike McCoy, maybe a guy like, and I saw Pro Football Talk report this, maybe a guy like Eddie George. The Colts had done this recently. We’ve seen this happen in different places where you bring in a former player just to lead the locker room, lead the guys, let all the other coaches do what they’re doing. Just bring in a guy to lead and make decisions. Why not give Eddie George a shot on an interim basis? Why not? I don’t think that that’s insane at all. I I I really am open to anything for the Titans right now. It cannot possibly be worse. It cannot possibly be worse. So, why not why not bring Mike McCoy or Mike McCarthy in from doing the Pat McAfee show every week and give him a trial run as the Titans interim head coach before you do your whole entire process. Why not bring Eddie George? Hey, what about my guy Brad Hopkins from the Titans squad show? Let’s bring him in and see if he can run this team. Brad’s probably laughing right now. There’s no way that he would want to do that. But I’m just saying the Titans need something to galvanize the locker room. And that’s why I like Bones Fossil as the best interim option because he is an energetic guy who players love, give him the opportunity to inspire this football team and motivate this football team. Again, I think Mike McCarthy would be a a a really solid interim head coach option because I think he’s a solid option to be the head coach going forward, but I think a guy like Eddie George, I know he’s got his own responsibilities right now, but hey, why not? Why not? But let’s do this, too, because we can’t just focus on the interim head coach. Right now, a lot of people are wondering who is going to be the next real head coach for the Tennessee Titans. And I got to tell you, I don’t think that that decision is going to be made until January. The Titans need to go through a full thorough process here. And that’s going to include interviewing people who are currently coordinators for their teams. So that list to me starts with Joe Brady. Joe Brady, who’s the offensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bills. The Titans, I still believe, and I’m going to continue to feel this way, the Titans need an offensive-minded head coach. And the reason for that is if you get a defensive-minded head coach, you’re going to have to cycle through. Look at Demo Ryan’s in Houston right now. He is a very good head coach and a very good defensive play caller. But he can’t get his offensive coordinator right. So, he’s not right. And he’s ultimately going to lose his job in Houston because he can’t get the offensive coordinator right. And even if you get the offensive coordinator right and you’re a defensive-minded head coach, you’re going to lose that offensive coordinator because he’s going to get hired as a head coach and then you got to continue to go through, go through, go through, go through and keep finding them. And that sets back your young quarterback, too. I want a young, it doesn’t even have to be young. I want an offensive head coach to pair with Cam Ward for the rest of his career. We will find good defensive coordinators. We will find good defensive coordinators. I want an offensive head coach still to this day. To this day, I want an offensive head coach, and you’re never going to bully me off of it. But Joe Brady has made Buffalo’s offense look incredible. All right. He’s been a guy bubbling under the surface for a few years now. I think Joe Brady would be an excellent option. Quite frankly, I think Cliff Kingsberry would be an excellent option as well. Now, does Cliff Kingsberry have the ability to lead the locker room? That’s the question with Cliff Kingsberry. But look at what he did for Jaden Daniels last year. Look at what he’s doing for Jaden Daniels in the run game right now. You’re mad that there isn’t enough play action. You’re mad that there isn’t enough RPO. You’re mad that there isn’t enough movement in the pocket for Cam Ward. Why not go get Cliff Kingsbury, who led the Cardinals to an 11 and five season, who led Jaden Daniels to the best rookie quarterback season of all time last year? Why not? At minimum, at minimum, these guys need interviews. I also think that Mike McCarthy, who I mentioned before, would be a good option. Mike McCarthy had three straight 12- win seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. Mike McCarthy won a Super Bowl with the Green Bay Packers. Mike McCarthy is a professional head coach that can lead a locker room and get this team back to being a professional football team. He may be a boring option, but the Titans need boring right now. If the Titans were just a regular old boring team like all these other teams, they would not be the worst team in the NFL. The Titans need a professional football coach who knows what he’s doing, who knows how to run a program, who knows how to lead a team. And Mike McCarthy not only does know how to do those things, but he is an offensive-minded head coach who could get the best out of Cam Ward early in his career. Again, he’s not the flashiest name. He’s not Joe Brady and Cliff Kingsbury and these guys, but he makes a ton of sense. What about a guy like Kirk Signetti from Indiana from the college ranks? He could make some sense after what he’s doing with Indiana right now. That would be more of a risky move in my opinion, but nonetheless an option. You want to go to defense, a guy like Vance Joseph, a retread coach who’s the defensive coordinator from the Denver Broncos. That should be a name that gets consideration. Jesse Mentor, the defensive coordinator from the Los Angeles Chargers right now. He’s a hot name as well. I think those are all options. Some of you guys want Dinard Wilson. I do not think that Dinard Wilson has earned the right to be considered as a head coaching candidate for the Titans. Simply simply don’t buy that. Uh uh Gizard, the guy who’s running the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense right now is another option. But here’s what I want to say right now. I don’t think the Titans need to get a firsttime head coach. I don’t think that a firstear head coach, a rookie head coach, is what the Titans need right now. I think the Titans need someone who’s done it before, who has experience, who can run a professional program. And that’s why I think Mike McCarthy makes a ton of sense for this team. He does. And there are ties to Green Bay with Chad Brinker that make a lot of sense. So now, some options that I don’t make or I don’t think make any sense at all. Number one, John Gruden. Gruden’s out of the game, folks. He’s got ongoing litigation against the NFL. It’s not going to be John Gruden. Let that go. It’s not going to happen. Also, I see some people in the in the chat saying, Josh McDaniels, not a chance. Josh McDaniels is a disgrace as a head coach. What are we talking about there? I’m sorry. Like, no offense, guys, but not a chance I want Josh McDaniels anywhere near my franchise. Get him out of here. No way. Under Mike Rabel’s thumb, sure. But Josh McDaniels is not a head coach in the NFL. How many times do we got to see this? We saw it in Denver. We saw it in Vegas. We saw the way he did the Colts. Joshua Daniels is not a head coach in the NFL. So again, I don’t think that this decision is going to happen until after the season is over, but those are the options that I think come to the top of my mind right now as logical ones for the Titans. But with that being said, no matter who the Tennessee Titans hire, they have to get the best out of Cam Ward. And that has not been even remotely true through the first six weeks of this season. Today’s episode is brought to you by FanDuel Sportsbook. The NFL season is here and FanDuel has an offer you don’t want to miss. We talked about Brian Callahan in the big news. Finally, Brian Callahan is fired. I said yesterday, what else do you need to see? Like, come on now. It’s time to do it. Not only that, but we talked about the options that make sense for the Tennessee Titans. Joe Brady, Cliff Kingsbury, Mike McCarthy, Jesse Mentor, maybe U. Vance Joseph could be an option as well in there if you want to go with a defensive head coach. Brian Flores is a guy who I should have mentioned who I think would be an option if you’re looking for a defensive-minded head coach. But regardless, whoever the next coach is needs to get the best out of Cam Ward. And after watching the tape and diving into some of the numbers from the game, it just absolutely blows my mind how the Tennessee Titans failed Cam Ward consistently. play action rate. We have talked for weeks and weeks and weeks about how good Cam Ward has been in play action. The Titans ran play action 13% against the Raiders. How do you see Cam Ward having his most success throughout the year in play action and then actively decide to do it less? Cam Ward was great under center when the defense didn’t absolutely know it was going to be a pass. And what the Titans do? run 13 plays from under center. Cam Ward good at the RPOS’s in college. One, two RPOS’s at maximum each game every week. And I honestly don’t even think that they’re true RPOS’s from watching the tape. I think what we’re actually seeing is predetermined RPO looks where it’s like, hey, we’re going to have an RPO look where you could hit the wide receiver screen or you could hand it off, but actually the play is a handoff every single time or actually the play is a wide receiver screen every single time, which isn’t a true RPO at all that allows Cam Ward to read the defense. so many times on the tape, not only this week that I just reviewed, but the weeks before, there is no one open. Guys are running the wrong routes. The spacing of those routes are despicable and bad. You have two guys right next to each other. That makes it easy for the defense to stop. We’ve talked about how the Titans are keeping seven guys in to block and they can’t even block. They can’t even protect Cam Ward even though they’re leaving seven guys in. And then you only have three guys out in routes going against seven defenders. No one’s going to be open. Disgrace. And that’s just the shortcomings of the offense. Not to mention all the time management in-game decisionmaking fumbles and stumbles and bumbles that Brian Callahan showed us over the first six weeks. And my big problem here is all of this comes back to Brian Callahan was unwilling to mold his system to his players. A complete unwillingness to change. And that is the mark of a bad coach at the pee-wee level. Middle school, high school, college, pro, any sport. The mark of a good coach is being able to take your system, your personal football philosophy and bend it and and and mold it to what your players do well. Because if you have a system that doesn’t cater to your players strengths and talents, you will fail. No matter how good your players are or no matter how good your systems system is, you will fail. And Brian Callahan refused to change his system. Whether it be last year for Will Levvice, whether it be this year for Cam Ward, he refused to incorporate what Cam Ward did well in college. What would make him comfortable? What would give him easy outs to find easy answers and gain chemistry and consistency? He refused to do it. At every turn, he refused. And quite honestly, we all owe Will Levvice an apology. I’m not here saying, “Oh, well, Will Levis would do this and do that if he,” but Will Levvice was clearly better with Tim Kelly and Mike Vrabel than he was with Brian Callahan. And that’s because Brian Callahan tried to make him Joe Montana in the West Coast quick passing offense. That’s not who Will Levis was. That’s not who Cam Ward is. So to me, whether you’re talking about managing the football team, being a leader, putting your players in a position to win, inspiring your players, Brian Callahan was a disaster at all of that stuff. But the thing that he was supposed to be good at is adjusting his offense, changing his offense, adapting his offense to his players and what they do well. and he did the opposite of that this year. So, it had to happen. And whoever the Titans bring in next, they better they better be somebody who can get the best out of Cam Ward. That’s all that matters. The rest of the roster is awful. We know that. So, all that matters going forward is getting the best out of Cam Warden. And that’s why I am hyperfocused, hyperfocused on an offensive-minded head coach. I think that’s exactly what needs to happen. But that’s going to do it for me today, folks. As always, I am your host, Tyler Roland, and this was Locked on Titans. [Music]
The Tennessee Titans have FIRED head coach Brian Callahan after a disastrous start to his second season and it is something that needed to happen. Callahan was hurting the football team and most importantly Cam Ward. Now with Callahan gone, the Titans can focus on actually making some improvements and hopefully that will happen with Jon Bones Fassell as the interim head coach. However, we could see Mike McCoy, as a former head coach, take over that spot to keep everyone else in their current roles. No matter what happens, everything going forward has to be about helping Cam Ward, who has been struggling even more in recent weeks.

In the last 10 years only Kyler Murray and Joe Burrow kept their head coach their entire rookie year. Every single other head coach was fired. Eberflus (Williams), Reich (Young), Myer (TLaw), Fisher (Goff), Hugh Jackson (Mayfield). Lovie Smith got fired after the season with Winston.
Everydayer Titan Up..!
This is Great News
I have never seen a team look so bad it was so embarrassing when I was in Denver. when I was at NRG Stadium in Houston, I was so humiliated. There were Titan fans that put a paper bag over their head! when Jeff Fisher was coach at least the Titans look good when they lost๐ and they fought hard Iโve never seen such a sorry team. Callahan sucks.
Eddie George already has a job.
Look Callahan sucked and needed to be fired but what I and alot of others in these comments of your last few videos have been saying is that weren't also NOT about to sit here and absolve Cam of any wrong-doing here๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ HE HAS NOT PLAYED WELL and that's not all because of what's happening around him. It's the same excuse Texans fans used for CJ Stroud's sophomore slump and Titans fans tell them stop making excuses so we gotta keep the same energy. Yes Callahan sucked but right now so does Cam๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ

๐๐พ๐๐พ im a freakin Eagles fan so its crazy me even being here ๐ but im also a die hard Hurricanes & Cam Ward fan.. he deserves better he can lead the Titans, you guys got a great QB i want the best for my guy, treat him well!! This was the first step… now get him a wall to work his magic behind ๐ฏ
I know Will Levis is somewhere grinning ear to ear probably texting cam like you saved bro
Hire penn state ex coach.
I think you had the same reaction when they hired him. Meanwhile, Vrabel appears to be headed to the playoffs again.
I'd say do something wild for the rest of the season. Bring in Jeff Fisher for the remainder of the season.

Cowboy fan here. Hire Matt Eberflus as HC. Lol.
Do not hire McCarthy or Washington OC.
The last 3 Mikes we had was successful here…….
Tyler you screamed that Brian Callahan was "the man" and THE BEST selection for the Titans. You also yelled "Let Ran Cook" every day. You wanted and loved these moves by the Titans. How can you expect anyone to support or take seriously your recommendations? The Titans need to sell the team and get the Adams out of the football business. This organization SUCKS and will continue into the foreseeable future. Gave up my support after 26 years of undying loyalty to a crummy run organization! Good luck.
I wouldn't be mad at Head Coach Cam Newton for his Madden game strategy.
Really like McCarthy as a โpermanentโ option as well
Have u guys heard cignetti talk? He speaks annoyingly awkward
Had to after playing like that against a bad team. I hope we get Mccarthy. Most coaches get way better after leaving the cowboys
Author Smith HC
I completely disagree with getting a offensive minded coach. The most important part will be having a coach that can motivate, who has been a leader and who can get the best out of the team. I don't care if it's a offensive or special teams coach. A good coach can ascend to all levels of coaching. I don't want to see a 1st time head coach. Get me someone who has proven he can coach.
Mccarthy should be the #1 target. Hell hire the man today ๐
You where right buddy do you think we would go after Gurdan
Yesssssss๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
They told Brian Callahan he had to go! "This is priiiivate property!"
Makes you wonder if Levis actually wasnโt as bad as he looked last year
As of now, I want them to hire Kliff Kingsbury. That might change once they start interviews but I think heโd be great.
Mike McCarthy as coach please.
Go get Chucky!!๐
Now we can blame cam when he sucks instead of the person not throwing the ball! Yay. Im sure the excuses will still follow.
Nailed the prediction!
MIKE MCCOY IS THE INTERIM COACH..๐๐๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ธ
This dude did let ran cook videos last year, jc latham oral sessions and is now glazing a dude who couldnt hit the water if throwing from the beach. He is whimsical, he goes with the flow. Cant ban people on youtube though.
I will say though, he does seem honest. He is just wrong a lot and thats fine. But still, hes wrong a lot. Look at his jc latham stroke fest last year, and he practically slept with a let ran cook blankey as well. He also talked about how callahans scheme was not the problem after example after example. He just goes to hard in one direction and holds on to long and loses credibility. Cams will be another example of this. He will be gone in two years and he will be saying things like jamarcus ward or cam leaf.
The titans brass wonโt ever bring in Eddie or anyone they think might get to Amyโs ear brinkers a clown id replace him with Blaine Bishop instead of worrying about cafeteria POs we can have a president who knows ball
This idea that the players have no responsibility for the level of performance and the 1-5 record is very tenuous. The roster is not very good and we have a talented but inexperienced QB leading the team at this time. This is 2-3 year rebuild if weโre lucky.
We canโt bring in an un proven coach or worse yet one whoโs proven he canโt handle that in this scenario. Right now Cam needs a proven head coach that might not be your Super Bowl coach but heโll get Cam strait look at Dak now killing it heโs a pro QB letโs go McCarthy
If only we could offer the rams' owner half of the titans shares to get Sean McVay. ๐ฏ๐
Good riddance Clownahan!!! ๐๐๐
I want to hear Amy Adams say she made a mistake in firing Mike vrabel, and I want to hear her say she made a mistake hiring ran and and everyone else that she hired, if she says that I'll have some confidence in the Titans, but people who don't take accountability always make bad decisions
Whole organization top to bottom is a disgrace. My guess is Cam Ward will go down as an all time draft bust and titans stay mediocre for the foreseeable future. not what i want to happen but it hard to have hope at this point. Been a titans fan my whole life.
Gonna lose out and trade big Jeff now
And you back selling the sex pills huh Tyler LOL you remind me of the guy mouse from the movie The Matrix when he was trying to sell that video of the girl in red to Neo while they were eating breakfast, pay no attention to these Hypocrites LOL
Now I'd give McCarthy a shot, but Eddie george, hell no, Eddie George might be worse than Brian Callahan I'm trying to keep our quarterback from turning into a loser
And I believe Eddie George is already working, now if you want to go out and get Bill Belichick, I'm cool with that we need somebody to bring some discipline and some leadership to the team most importantly
Iโm with you Tyler!! Glad the Titans made the move before Vrsbel plays us. This may boost Titans to win game!๐
But that idea you said about bringing in McCarthy immediately is one of the best ideas I've heard tyler, you need to preach that loud enough for Amy Adams to hear. Like you said we can send Coach 10 games and still make a decision at the end of the year, and his experience and professionalism is what we need
