  1. I can’t believe Cle didn’t bargain a better deal. For example, I would have added a value clause … something like “if Flacco wins 5 games Cle gets a 5th rounder instead of a 6th rounder.” Something. Because Cle may have just saved Cincys season. I’m not predicting it, but it looks like it might play out that way and Cle gets nothing extra for it.

  3. I wouldn't say he's not a backup, because that's what he is. But can the talent around him help him produce at a nice level? Possibly, God love Andy dalton but the talent around him was what made him good. But when u don't even have that, cough cough browning, it gets real hard. Flacco won't hold onto the ball as long, if what he sees isn't there he will throw it away and that in return should help the o line because flacco isn't asking them to protect him for 4 or 5 seconds. Running thr ball and screens should help to.

  9. Meh. They came back to 28-17 with 10+ minutes left against the lions. It was 17-7 with 10 minutes left against the Packers. For Browning, it was somehow “garbage time.” For Flacco it was an amazing comeback.
