Does Stephen Ross Care About Miami Dolphins Football? #shorts #miamidolphins #nfl

Mike McDaniel and Chris Ger still being employed is an absolute joke. The Dolphins are one and five. Tua Tong of Aloa went to the media and bashed his own teammates and held them supposedly accountable, but just did irreparable damage to this locker room and organization. It is a true dumpster fire and the Dolphins are without a question the most dysfunctional franchise in the NFL currently. And it all stems from your three biggest positions of leadership, which is head coach, quarterback, GM, Stephen Ross. If you want to save this organization, you want to save Dolphins football, you want to repair the relationship with the fan base, you need to get rid of Mike McDaniel and Chris Greer. And that will ultimately lead to Tua being gone, which is also necessary. Stephen Ross, the ball is in your court, but when a firing happens, we’ll keep you updated. So, subscribe.

  1. We need a coach who players respect and who holds them accountable for mistakes they make. McDaniel is responsible for every error this team has made during his time coaching because players aren’t worried for making mistakes thanks to this coach who cant call plays or lead a team. I think we have a solid roster on paper and when you are 1 and 5 and the coach seems to have more cte then your qb who has had about 1000 concussions its a big problem

  2. And I get a GM that knows talent and how to build a great team. Someone the knows South Florida is the home of football Royalty…..Draft talent from home is simply great business sense. Ticket sells will go thru the roof. A Coach that tough and a players coach. Last, play dual threat quarterback.
