Chicago Blackouts.
This was my first game at united center. Wtf was with the strobe light happening intermittently from the rafters all night? Is that normal?
It sure felt like borderline cheating shitbaggery, but even if not fucking dangerous. Like a camera flash going off but from the rafters and only at key moments. Never seen anything like it elsewhere.
Spooky season is in full swing

This happened to me in the USHL in 2005 at the Tri-city Storm rink in FUCKING BEAUTIFUL Kearney Nebraska.
1on1 full speed, I was the D, he came with in a stick length and then it alllllll went black… we literally both grab each other and Bear hug snd go “you good?” 😄 🫠.. i thought I was going to get a stick in the face!

Do the Hawks count the light bill against the cap now?
