  1. Dodgers rotation through 7 postseason games:

    >43.2 IP, .139 BAA, 33.9 K%, 7.3 BB%, 0.21 HR/9 1.65 ERA, 1.83 FIP

    Good luck, everybody.

  2. I almost cried for the first time in 9 months in the shower after the game lol. I couldn’t handle the 9th I nearly started hyperventilating. I care about baseball too much

  3. Honestly, i tip my cap to the Brew Crew, kept the game close the entire time, and almost walkes it off.

This after that exhausting 5 game series with the Cubs.

  4. This one’s gotta sting. Im confident the Brewers can win tonight. Snell is just another level right now

  5. To be fair we probably should get a hep A test because Snell did in fact shit all over us

  6. I really don’t want to see a SEA-LA World Series. I’d have to root for the mariners which feels gross

  7. That was the least amount of runs scored where the hitters were ON the pitching that I’ve seen. They were smacking the ball and getting very unlucky, the top post currently on this subreddit being just a shining cherry on top. The hitters look very good to me though and I expect a breakout game very very soon. Ohtani looks good frankly he’s just not getting many opportunities to hit. And when he did he hit a 100+mph liner straight at an infielder.

I don’t know the Brewers BP well but I feel like we taxed them pretty hard that game after they came off a very tough series and the Brewers from what I gather rely heavily on the BP, unlike the Dodgers. The Dodgers pitching is very well rested in general.

I’m not worried about Sasaki. I think he wiil be great. Treinen actually looked like he had his stuff last night but then stopped attacking after he went 1-2 twice. Was annoying.

    Snell is god.

  8. People talking about the title of this post so much but I don’t see what’s inaccurate about it?

  9. Brewers defense was just as effective at shutting our offense down as Snell was at shutting down theirs. Those dudes steal homers, and make outs from absolutely anything that isn’t a homer. Terrifying.

  10. If you want to beat LA you have to knock out the starter after 6 IP. If you get him out before 6, as long as you don’t give up a ton of runs to their lineup, you will have a win on your hands.

I think knocking out the starter early is still possible (even Snell, he is a high walk guy sometimes) but doing that and holding the Dodger lineup to minimal runs together is very difficult.

  11. These Snell starts are what r/baseball thought Skubal starts were gonna be (no shade on Skubal, his team just couldn’t get him the W)
