Chicago Bears’ top plays vs. Commanders | Week 6 | HIGHLIGHTS

THAT AREA.
>> Joe: THIS IS JAKE MOODY. FORMER THIRD-ROUND PICK BY THE
49ers. FIRST KICK WITH CHICAGO IS
DRILLED. IN THE LEAGUE.
>> Joe: SECOND DOWN AND 5. END ZONE, PICKED OFF.
INTERCEPTED BY BRISKER. SAMUEL WAS THE TARGET, AND
BRISKER’S OUT NEAR THE 35. THAT IS THE FIRST PICK OF THE
YEAR FOR JAYDEN DANIELS. AS WELL, AND I THINK IN GENERAL,
YOU KNOW, THE RUN GAME HAS BEEN A BIT OF A PROBLEM.
>> Joe: WILLIAMS FIRES, AND HE’S GOT D.J. MOORE.
GOOD THROW FROM CALEB WILLIAMS AND MOORE WITH A SLIDING CATCH
FOR 18. >> Troy: YEAH.
THESE INTERMEDIATE THROWS, THAT’S WHERE CALEB WILLIAMS HAS
BEEN OFF THE MOST ON HIS AS I SAID, FORMER THIRD-ROUND
PICK BY THE 49ers AND HIS INCONSISTENCY LED TO HIS
RELEASE. AND PLAYING THE WIND, ABLE TO
KNOCK IT THROUGH FROM 48. >> Joe: SO BACK TO FIRST AND 10.
CROSKEY-MERRITT, LEFT SIDE, WELL PLAYED BY CHICAGO.
BALL OUT. >> Joe: SECOND DOWN AND 5.
SWIFT RIGHT UP THE GUT. FIRST AND GOAL NEAR THE 6.
AND THIS OFFENSIVE LINE IS >> Joe: SECOND AND GOAL.
CALEB TAKES IT, GETS A BLOCK FROM SWIFT, AND IS IN FOR THE
TOUCHDOWN. THAT’S NOW NINE, MAYBE TEN
POINTS OFF TURNOVERS ALREADY AND OF THAT PLAY.
>> Joe: BACK TO THAT JUMBO PERSONNEL WITH TRENT SCOTT IN
THERE. THIS TIME, DANIELS KEEPS.
CHASED BY TREMAINE EDMUNDS, AND FORCED OUT OF BOUNDS WITH A LOSS
OF THREE BY BYARD. >> Troy: THAT’S A FEW TIMES
TONIGHT WATCHING TREMAINE WELL, AND THAT WAS A NICE DRIVE,
ONE THEY DESPERATELY NEEDED. >> Joe: HERE’S THE TOSS TO
SWIFT. MAN, DOES HE HAVE A LOT OF ROOM
TO RUN, AND ON A FULL HEAD OF STEAM OVER THE RIGHT SIDE, A
19-YARD RUN, AND THAT’S ONE SHY ON THAT GRAPHIC.
WE WILL HAVE BAKER MAYFIELD AND THE BUCCANEERS AT THE LIONS NEXT
WEEK. HERE’S SAMUEL, BROUGHT DOWN IN
THE BACKFIELD BY NAHSHON WRIGHT, AND BAKER MAYFIELD’S MAGIC —
HIS MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR THROUGH NIGHT.
FROM THE 48. PLAY ACTION.
OVER THE MIDDLE, IT’S BURDEN. LUTHER BURDEN MAKES A MOVE AFTER
THE CATCH, AND OUT OF BOUNDS NEAR THE 15.
>> Troy: HERE’S LUTHER BURDEN IN LISA FOR HIM MAYBE NOT BEING
ABLE TO COME BACK IS IN AND PLAY.
HE HAS HAD A HECK OF A START AND MADE A BIG-TIME PLAY THERE.
>> Joe: HIGH SNAP. KICK FROM MOODY IS GOOD.
AND HE’S 3 FOR 3 IN HIS FIRST WEEK, TEN POINTS, AND AFTER
BEING DOWN LIKE YOU SAID, 13 POINTS IN THIS GAME.
>> Joe: SWEAT BREAKS THROUGH. AND GETS HIT BY REAVES, BUT A
BIG CARRY BY D’ANDRE SWIFT AS HE GETS 14 YARDS.
>> DONE A NICE JOB OVERALL.
>> Joe: HERE IS MONANGAI ON A SCREEN.
BLOCKING IN FRONT, DOWN INSIDE THE 35.
ROME ODUNZE WAS OUT THERE THEY JUST GOT IT AWAY, AND IT’S
SWIFT WITH A CATCH AND STILL GOING.
D’ANDRE SWIFT, VEERS INTO THE END ZONE.
QUAN MARTIN MISSED A TACKLE D.J. MOORE, HE’S GOING TO TAKE
OUT TWO GUYS. SO AS HE PUSHES UP, HE RUNS ONE
DEFENDER INTO THE DEFENDER WHO’S SUPPOSED TO BE COVERING D’ANDRE
SWIFT AND THAT’S WHY SWIFT WAS AS OPEN AS HE IS, AND THEN YOU
MAKE ONE GUY MISS, AND NOW WITH HIS SPEED, HE’S OFF TO THE
RACES. SO JUST SOME LUCK ON CHICAGO’S
PART. IT REALLY WASN’T SO MUCH
INTENDED TO BE A PICK, BUT IT FOUR CATCHES, JUST 15 YARDS.
AND YET A TWO-POINT LEAD FOR WASHINGTON.
DANIELS IS SWALLOWED UP AND BROUGHT DOWN BACK NEAR THE 32.
DOMINIQUE ROBINSON WAS THERE. .
>> Joe: THIRD DOWN AND 1. BALL’S ON THE GROUND, AND IT’S
RECOVERED BY NAHSHON WRIGHT. WITH REPLAY ASSIST.
THE BALL SITTING AT THE 33 NOW. TOSS TO SWIFT OVER THE RIGHT
SIDE. BIG PLAY, AND NOW DOWN INSIDE
THE 20. WHAT A NIGHT FOR D’ANDRE SWIFT,
AND IN TURN, IT MAY BE WHAT A SNAP A BIT HIGH.
KICK IS GOOD! AND THE BEARS WIN IT.
JAKE MOODY, A HERO TONIGHT. THE BEARS WILL MOVE TO 3-2.
THE COMMANDERS FALL TO 3-3, AND MOODY IN HIS FIRST NIGHT ON THE

  1. Glad they cut out all of Troy Aikman's BS, he was glazing Daniels all night. But he got real quiet at the end. Refs must have had Rome not scoring on their parlay.

  2. You get the feeling of this as really the beginning of permanent upward movement, not just a fluke good performance, and a bit of minor trivia – the Bears are the first team in NFL history to win two weeks in a row by the same (oddball) score, 25-24!

  3. It's shockingly sad how much credibility the league is willing to lose week-to-week on these horridly called games. And it's not just bad calls – anyone with half a brain saw the calls were specific and strategically made at the most inopportune times to take points off the board for Chicago. I just don't get it. Football is a great product, and the league seems hell-bent on turning it into the next WWE.

  4. Caleb Williams is the best QB for CHi town. After Cutler, I do not recall any QB for the Bears who has the moxy, cool and calm to bring the bears back in 4th qtr. Jayden Daniels will not finish his rookie contract and have a goo chance will be repeatedly hurt

  5. Moody 😊😊😊bears when in their bags and pull up a win it's great cause we should not be in that position again πŸ˜”πŸ˜”πŸ˜”πŸ˜” we are the best πŸ’– at love and hate relationships πŸ˜πŸ’“ o πŸ’¬πŸ€” yeah Fresh bears 🐨 down πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œ
