  1. I feel bad for Flus. He genuinely seems like a nice man and a mild mannered individual.

He’s not built to lead a professional football team though

  2. I’m sure Flus is a nice man, but boy….I’d rather watch paint dry than listen to him post W.

  3. Good Better Best isn’t anything groundbreaking or new- I’ve heard it for years.

But goddamn when he says it? And with his conviction? Gimme a wall, I’m kool aid manning that shit.

  4. Remember when we were concerned Ben wouldn’t be a leader of men cause he seemed like a quiet football nerd?

The “good better best” after the cowboys game managed to show more personality, and a better chant/acronym/saying than HITS, than Flus had in 2.5 years

  5. It still blows my mind how much a haircut and beard could make a guy look like two different people lol

  6. Man you can just tell the players love Ben Johnson. And why wouldn’t they? He’s a football obsessed psychopath and I’m here for it.

Flus had the guys sounding like they were in a gd library it’s crazy to see the difference.

  7. This is super out of context guys. Like the video doesn’t even show Flus’ powerpoint.

  8. You didn’t even show Ben acting like a crack addict except he’s addicted to wins. That shit was hilarious.

  9. i dont hate flus, but holy shit am i glad hes not in charge anymore.

i fucking love ben johnson. hes a god damn psycho and its the best.

  10. I feel like we should move on collectively from posting Flus stuff. It’s over, we got our guy. BJ is better and we all know it. Let’s just be excited for what we have and not dwell on what we had.

  11. Idk if it’s true but every now and then I see an intelligent leader like Ben and just assume he’s read every book on leadership, management, motivation, teamwork… all that stuff. Body language, posture, speaking… all of it. He’s read the Malcom Gladwell books, he probably journals, meditates, writes down his goals… just an impressive dude who clearly spent a lot of time energy and reflecting on the exact type of coach he wanted to be. And again he probably didn’t do half that stuff, but there is no question to anyone in that locker room he’s not there by accident whether it works out or not.

  12. Hands in pockets. Lack of eye contact. Stream of consciousness ramblings without solid talking points. This man (Fluse) is a case study in what NOT to do as a leader when addressing a room
