The issues the Canucks are having right now are not new problems!!!

A lot of the problems that you’re seeing from this Vancouver Conucks team are not new problems. They’re in fact exacerbated problems from last year where they also did not score goals and did not have many brand names in the lineup. And guess what? Same problem exists now. So just because the season has started and there’s 79 games left, it doesn’t mean your data points began last Thursday. I’ve got data points from way before then. Have you flushed all of those? I haven’t. I know what Elias Person did last year and I know what he did the year before. That matters into this perspective. Fair enough. What I’m saying is I am not going to get too emotionally torn over a one and two start for the Vancouver Conucks. I don’t think anybody too emotive narratives from previous seasons about this club’s struggles.

  1. The problems are from people not understanding hockey. Every one can watch Pettersson play hockey and realize he isn't worth 11.5, all his points in previous year are poached from dog crap teams. They have THE worst top 6 in the league. They're in games because their bottom 6 are fantastic but who cares if you can't score

  2. If Peterson doesn't get it going the Canucks are done for the next 5-10 years. When he came into the league, he surprised everyone with his aggressive style. He's slower, and he lacks the explosiveness he once had. He may be done. He has a frail build, and the wear and tear might have caught up to him already…
